The Games History
When the game first released, It was not the most polished of games. Physics were wonky, the gameplay was not that good, certain mechanics felt broken, and some aspects just seemed to be missing from the game altogether. They have since worked on game consistently improving and adding things to the game each year with player feedback all to develop this game from a concept to a feature complete space engineering sandbox.
In 2015 they added Planets to the game which users could Explore, Survive, Build, Discover, Fight, and create their own home planets and not just float and build around in space but different Balls of masses now. In 2017, Physics of the game was reworked to improve the feel and stability of the game and the creations. In 2018 the Multiplayer got improved where the Netcode was reworked and Dedicated servers were added among other things to improve the Multiplayer experience of the game. Lastly, February 2019, They have now released the Survival Overhaul and the game is out of Early Access.

The video game developer studio Zoink Games that developed and announced a PS VR Puzzle title name Ghost Giant last June at E3 and released this coming April. The Announcement Trailer showed what seemed to be a beautifully put together game with a beautiful storyline and heartwarming character interaction. Among many of the games revealed the last E3, This and Tetris Effect were two games I am personally very excited for.
Game Background
The game is beautifully designed and looks very astonishing. The art and graphics are very pleasing to look at for hours on end even, you definitely will not get bored by looking at the art style anytime soon, especially since this is a VR game that you will be playing with a display attached to your head for a couple of hours. The ‘art filter’ of the game mildly reminds me of Firewatch, an adventure game that was released in 2016 that had amazing visuals that alone were worth playing the game for.
The game leaves you filled with that warm and fuzzy feeling inside of you after you have played it, itsthat good. It is very hard to describe to someone just how immersive the game is when they have not tried it themselves. You play as the Ghost Giant and have two Ghostly helping hands to interreact with the world and the main character of the story, your little friend Louis with whom you will be spending your time with to replace all of your sorrows with a warmth feeling. Invisible to everyone else except your tiny friend, you start to help him and the citizens of his town Sancourt and get to know him better.
Explore the town of Sancourt by completing different tasks like “Using your see-through hands to lift furniture, vehicles, and trees.” and “Rotate and open entire buildings to reveal the stories going on inside.”. According to Zoink developers, it is a ‘Poke n Grab’ adventure game much like ‘Point n Click’ adventure games except this is in VR and with VR controllers hence the ‘Poke n Grab’ term preferred by the developers. The developers have created a game that recreates the experience of playing with a dollhouse in VR except, that it is better than playing with a dollhouse.
The game is reported to be released digitally on 16th April. The physical version that shall be published by Perp Games is set to be released globally on 19th April. The price for the game is not confirmed as of yet.
One of the most anticipated and polarizing smartphones of the year, the Galaxy S10 is here. Leaks and rumours about the phone had been cricling for quite a while now but the phone embraced the leaks and delivered a solid punch. One of the most highlighted feature about the phone was its take on under display fingerprint sensors. With more and more smartphones embracing the technology, Samsung instead of just blindly following the trend went out of way to perfect it.
The fingerprint sensor dubbed to be an ultrasonic sensor instead of a regular flash sensor capturing a 2D image of the finger. The ultrasonic sensor emits ultrasonic sound waves to 3D map the finger’s ridges to ensure maximum security. With this comes a great responsibility for screen protector manufacturers. The youtuber MKBHD in an experiment proved that regular glass screen protectors blocked the ultrasonic soundwaves and hence the sensor couldn’t operate as expected.
Samsung though has prepared and taken this opportunity to level up their accessory package. The Galaxy S10 would be the company’s first flagship to provide a screen protector out of the box. Now, the provided protector would fully support the ultrasonic sensor. The protector won’t be covered in warranty and users could also purchase it officially from Samsung with an MSRP of $29.99. Having provided a screen protector has been a trend for most Chinese manufacturers and Samsung taking initiative is certainly a good thing. With the S10 we not only expect a superior level of unboxing experience but superior accessories as well.
Samsung has just released some massive news regarding their upcoming flash storage chips. In a recent announcement, Samsung has announced the beginning of massive production of their 512GB eUFS 3.0 flash modules.
Details provided by Samsung claim that these chips would offer immense speed upgrades over current eUFS 2.1 standards in every category. Furthermore, these newly-introduced modules feature sequential reads as fast as 2100MB/s and writes as fast as 410MB/s.
However, what did catch out eye besides the fact that these are eUFS 3.0 device is the fact that Samsung plans to expand the storage capacities as well all-the-while, featuring the UFS 3.0 standard. Samsung says that they’re expecting the mass production of 256GB and 1TB modules to begin by second-half of 2019, making the storage option more than compelling for the last few flagships that arrive at the end of the year.
Given all the details we’ve gathered so far, there’s a good chance that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 10 may feature eUFS 3.0 modules, that too, ranging up to 1TB in capacity. Afterall, hitting that 1TB mark with UFS 3.0 would be an absolute blast and necessary for Samsung given that the Galaxy S10 Plus has hit the 1TB mark.
Given the timing and roadmap, Samsung has laid out here simply lineup with the launch of the Galaxy Note 10 later this year. From the announcement of the Exynos 9820, to the announcement of the Galaxy Fold during the first half of 2019, to the launch of the 256GB and 1TB modules in the second half of 2019, it’s all lining up. After all, preparing the 512GB modules are much more important to Samsung right now now that the Galaxy Fold has been confirmed to feature 512GB UFS 3.0 internal storage.
In addition, with all three eUFS 3.0 storage modules now confirmed to be releasing in 2019, there’s also a good chance that Samsung may move up to 256GB of internal storage as its base variant on the Galaxy Note 10, further cementing Samsung’s position in the flash market.
Epic Games has finally delivered on yet another season of Fortnite. With the developers continuously pushing the game to be as fresh it could be with new content and updates, Season 8 has come with a bang, featuring the likes of a new treasure hunt and volcano looming on the map.
Following the introduction of the Ice King, the Prisoner and the Pirate, Epic Games have finally put their plot forward for Season 8, rejuvenating the island as well as its landmarks as a whole.
However, not all of the changes and additions are visual this season. Not only has Epic Games shaken the map a bit, but they’ve added a number of meaningful features to the game that we would detail later down the line.
The New Locations & Volcano
One of the major changes coming with the introduction of Fortnite Season 8 has to be the addition of a volcano. Furthermore, Epic Games has added to new locations surrounding the new volcano dubbed as Lazy Lagoon and Sunny Steps, each complementing their names as well as their locations surrounding the volcano.
Being the latest additions on the map, expect to see a ton of loot in the area as well as a decent amount of company when landing there.
However, be wary of stepping on the lava if you’re in the area as the Volcanic lava would deal 1HP damage and propel you when you step on it.
Fortnite’s New Pirate Cannon
The next major addition has to be the introduction of the new Pirate Cannon. With the new Pirate Cannon, you would be able to launch yourself or even shoot a canon ball into the skies to wreck havoc on unsuspecting enemies around the island.
These Pirate Cannons are scattered across the island but would deal a decent amount of damage when used effectively. With a direct hit to another player, you’ll be able to deal 100 HP worth of damage. However, if you do miss them by a small margin, the cannon ball would deal 50 HP worth of damage in a small radius.
Party Assist – Help Friends Complete Their Tasks/Missions
Completing challenges and climbing up the ladder has been one of the major challenges players come across. With Party Assist added, players would be able to complete their missions with the help of their friends as they embark on the island.
Here’s What Has Been Vaulted In Fortnite Season 8
With Fortnite Season 8 now out for in the masses, Fortnite has finally removed a few items from the game. From now on, players would no longer be able to see the Sneaky Snowman, Chiller Grenade, Shopping Cart, ATK, and the X-4 Stormwing, as detailed in last week’s confirmation where Epic confirmed the removal of the X-4 Stormwing.
While the removal of the ATK and Shopping Cart seems to be a bit over the top, the removal of the X-4 Stormwing, Chiller Grenade and Sneaky Snowman were expected given that they were suitable in Season 7’s snowy environment.
Fortnite Season 8 Battle Pass – Seems About Right!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3aMtD0Klp2I
With the introduction of a new season, Epic has dropped details regarding their new Battle Pass.
As soon as you pickup the new Battle Pass, you’ll be able to unlock two new outfits, namely, Blackheart and Hybrid. Its worth noting that both of these outfits would be progressive outfits, meaning that these characters would upgrade over time. Furthermore, as you rank up, you would get new outfits as well as the usual emotes, wraps pets and more. However, if you’re feeling enthusiastic, you could unlock the new Sidewinder outfit as well.
As usual pricing remains the same this season as well with the Battle Pass costing the same 950 V-Bucks. However, if you do have a new enthusiasm for the Season 8, you could opt for the Battle Bundle for 1850/4700 V-Bucks, depending on how well you completed your challenges from Season 7’s Week 13 challenged.

Phasers to Kill has been renamed Blaze of Glory
Ability Balance Changes As part of the Hero Loadout changes, we’ve adjusted balance game-wide. As a result, we’ve changed a few abilities balance to bring them more in line with our new models. Going forward, we have a much better baseline to adjust abilities in the future.
Constructor
Bull Rush
Reduced base damage from 156 to 104
Now deals environment damage by default (251 base environment damage)
D.E.C.O.Y.
Reduced base duration from 7 seconds to 6 seconds
Decoy now has easier access to perks that reduce its cooldown and increase duration. This change was made to lessen the frequency of 100% decoy uptime in a team environment while still enabling a powerful source of crowd control.
Plasma Pulse
Increased base damage per hit from 18 to 46
Plasma Pulse has been underperforming for a long time. This boost to damage should make it a competitive option for Constructors
R.O.S.I.E.
Increased base damage from 67 to 69
Outlander
Phase Shift
Increased energy cost from 10 to 15
Phase Shift now has easier access to a significant number of Perks that improve its performance. This was done to put more weight on energy management as opposed to just charges.
Reduced movement speed bonus from 33% to 30%
Seismic Smash (Previously : Seismic Impact)
Increased base damage from 98 to 114
Shock Tower
Reduced stun duration from 0.75s to 0.5s
T.E.D.D.Y.
Reduced damage per hit from 16 to 13
This change is to help promote active play while still enabling T.E.D.D.Y. builds.
Ninja
Crescent Kick
Increased base damage from 61 to 121
Increased impact from 750 to 800
Reduced stun duration from 3 seconds to 2.5 seconds
Crescent Kick still retains its identity as a quick stun ability, but now has significantly boosted damage component to make it a competitive combat option
Dragon Slash
Increased base damage from 94 to 115
Kunai Storm
Increased base damage from 128 to 184
Kunai Storm came in a little weaker than we liked, so we’re giving it a solid damage boost to compensate for the difficulty of using this ability
Smoke Bomb
Increased base damage per tick from 41 to 52
Throwing Stars
Increased base damage from 52 to 87
Increased cooldown from 6 seconds to 10 seconds
Now pierces enemies by default
Can no longer trigger headshot damage multiplier
Throwing stars have been a fairly niche ability, only being viable on a couple of Ninjas largely due to the lack of piercing. To make them more competitive, we replaced the lackluster headshot damage with piercing as part of the base ability and gave it a big damage boost.
Soldier
Frag Grenade
Reduced energy cost from 45 to 30
This allows you to use all 3 grenade charges in a row
Increased base damage from 101 to 103
Reduced impact from 595 to 500
Goin’ Commando
Reduced base damage from 25 to 23
Lefty and Righty
Increased base damage from 57 to 60
Reduced headshot damage bonus from 75% to 50%
Shockwave
Increased base damage from 91 to 102
Reduced impact from 1650 to 1500
Warcry
Reduced energy cost from 50 to 40

New Perk / Hero Combinations! All of the perks have been rebalanced, tweaked, and adjusted. We’ve also distributed them among all the existing heroes. Non gameplay-acquirable heroes will always be reskins of existing heroes. All Heroes now have a Standard Perk, which is granted to players regardless of where they are slotted in the hero loadout
Heroes slotted as your Commander will receive the “Commander Upgrade” modification to their Standard Perk listed below
Note – All Standard Perks without specific text indicating their Commander Upgrade provide upgrades to the numerical effectiveness of their Standard Perk when they are slotted as your commander..
In order to accommodate changes to the class perks, we’ve adjusted all the ability kits of heroes. Rather than listing the changes, we’re listing what every hero now has as their kit.
Soldiers
NEW – Class Perks
NEW Stay Frosty
After 3 eliminations with a ranged weapon, gain 35% weapon stability and increase ranged weapon damage by 10% for 7 seconds.
NEW Suppressive Fire
Each consecutive ranged weapon hit against the same target deals 3% increased damage. Stacks 5 times.
REMOVED Debilitating Shots
As the game evolves we re-evaluate how we design aspects of it. In this case, we believe Vulnerability works best when it’s limited to short windows which create opportunities for group burst damage. Freeze Traps are a great example of this. Sustained focus fire is still a strength of Soldiers, but by removing Debilitating Shots we’ll be able to better utilize Vulnerability to provide burst damage windows.

We’ve decided to remove it to make room for other Constructor bonuses which are more meaningful in most scenarios, such as extending B.A.S.E. range, increasing B.A.S.E. damage resistance, and opening up a third ability slot.

With MWC 2019 finally over, OnePlus’s Pete Lau, just like previous launches, has revealed that the upcoming OnePlus 7 would lack wireless charging.
In an interview with the folks over at CNet, OnePlus’s Pete Lau confirmed the absence of wireless charging in this year’s OnePlus 7. According to Pete Lau, OnePlus is still focusing on its Dash Charging technology and has aims to push its technology further without any intervention from the whole wireless charging hype. Furthermore, OnePlus’s CEO also noted that the company does not deem wireless charging as a worthy feature and therefore would be skipping on it this year.
If the next OnePlus flagship were to pack wireless charging, it would have been a first for the company following the adoption of the technology from its rivals with the most notable rival being Xiaomi. Last week’s Xiaomi Mi 9 launch introduced a ton of goodie bags in Xiaomi’s favor, among few breakthroughs and features that introduced with the Xiaomi Mi 9 had to be its charging capabilities as well as the addition of a wireless charging out of the box. Adding salt to the wound, Xiaomi’s pioneering has put itself on top of the game with the Xiaomi Mi 9 being capable of supporting wireless charging and that too, at 20W, setting new industry standards.
With the folks over at OnePlus now making these calls a standard prior to their launches, it seems like OnePlus may be looking for feedback with the next OnePlus device, the OnePlus 7T when it launches towards the end of 2019. With Huawei, Samsung, Xiaomi, Apple, and other now aboard the wireless charging hype, it seems like the OnePlus 7 would be a loner among its rivals when questioned about the feature.
However, with all that aside, even with all of the years wireless charging has been with us, wireless charging hasn’t caught on to the masses yet. Whether the massive adoption from the likes of Xiaomi, Huawei and Samsung change that is yet to be seen, but the point is that it doesn’t seem to be a deal-breaker at this point. And if it is, hopefully, OnePlus would include it in the OnePlus 7T refresh later this year.
With Pete Lau confirming the news, it finally puts one of our speculations for the upcoming OnePlus 7 to rest. Hopefully the rest reign to be true given that speculating the upcoming OnePlus 7’s hardware wouldn’t be that hard or that off from the real deal.
Given that OnePlus has made their visits to large publications the norm prior to their launches, often revealing daunting news for some, OnePlus would definitely be sure to make everyone aware of the feature before the OnePlus 7 arrives.

Probably one of the most Iconic parts of the series introduced by Activision, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. The game that originally came out in 2007 that became a huge hit among gamers. It was still played even years after its release. Its demand was so high by the franchise’s fans that Activision just had to make a remaster for the game, so they did. Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered initially came as part of a special edition bundle of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare on November 4, 2016, and it is currently free on PS Plus.
Not sold by the FREE part? Can’t decide if whether or not you should make space on your hard drive for this game? Here are a few reasons you absolutely should. The game delivers all the good things that were in the classic updated with current gen graphics and quality. The result, a masterpiece improved for the newer generation of gamers. Any new gamers or fans of the Call of Duty franchise should definitely pick this game up for the month of March to see what the all the fuss was about back in the day, even older veterans of the franchise should give the Remastered version a go to relive the nostalgia of the old days.

As promised, February is the last month the users of these two consoles shall be benefitting by getting free games from PS Plus. Users have until 8th March to get February’s lineup of games for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita which are: Divekick (PS3, Cross-Buy with PS Vita), Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (PS3), Gunhouse (PS3, Cross-Buy with PS4), and Rogue Aces (PS3, Cross-Buy with PS4).
Huawei has been on a move, with the announcement of their Mate X foldable smartphone, the brand has solidified its position in 2019 and plans on moving up from there. After the brand overtook Apple it now targets Samsung. Huawei’s flagship phone, the P30 Pro is expected to make an appearance next month at Paris, France but the phone was earlier spotted at MWC. Roland Quandt, a credible tipster, however, has leaked credible information about the upcoming P30 Pro.
The leak showcases the front and the back of the device revealing its triple rear camera setup. One of the most striking features of the camera is its ability to capture high resolution 10X zoom images. With aperture sizes ranging from F / 1.6 and F / 3.4 hence we can assume a wide angle, telephoto and a standard sensor. On top of that are also laser autofocus and a dual LED flash with a depth sensor as well. As we move towards the front of the phone we notice a teardrop notch but not just any notch, a much more refined and clean notch than ever in a Huawei smartphone. The top and bottom bezels are extremely thin and the side bezels are non-existent.
The fingerprint sensor seems to be under the glass but what’ll be interesting is to see if Huawei goes for an ultrasonic one or just the regular one used by literally every smartphone except the S10. According to the source, the P30 is to house a headphone jack while the Pro version omits it. While not a lot of information is known about the internals of the phone, the SoC used would be the Kirin 980. 5G could be possible and we could expect it to be Huawei’s take on a new market which not a lot of manufacturers have cornered. As always Huawei has planned a couple of interesting colour options for the P30 namely, ‘Twilight’ and ‘Aurora’.
The P30 Pro is undoubtedly a killer built to compete with this year’s flagship smartphones and we expect it to deliver well. With a variety of new smartphones ready to take on 2019, Huawei would have to step up and deliver a smartphone capable of packing a punch and declaring its position on the global market scale.
Nacon, a brand that makes controllers for the PC and PlayStation 4 among other things such as Mice, Keyboards, Audio peripherals, Gaming chairs, and various other gaming items since 2014. Nacon has announced a new officially licensed wireless controller for the PlayStation 4.
In this day and age where there exist a dozen PlayStation 4 controllers of different types at different prices there is a new entry on the way. The NACON Asymmetric Wireless Controller is going to be a wireless controller that will come with a rechargeable battery and a USB receiver which will be required to provide a Bluetooth connection apparently, the USB receiver reports uninterrupted transmission of up to 7 meters from the console. It is not clear yet that if the controller will work with a PC with either the included Dongle or any other 3rd Party Bluetooth Interface.
The controller shall feature an Asymmetric layout with analog sticks which seem to be covered with rubbered and are concave, this should help users gain a little more grip. The controller also comes along with a small led indicator strip at the bottom of the seemingly large textured touchpad to notify users of the battery level, there is also a button at the back that let’s user check battery levels without exiting the game. The controller has a 3.5 mm headset jack to support ‘audio and chat’ functionalities. There is also a mini USB port at the top for charging. It only has a 4-way D-PAD, unfortunately (Sorry Fighting Game fans).
The Redmi Note 7, announced last month just after Redmi’s separation from Xiaomi gained a lot of exposure not only because it hosted immense potential but because it was the company’s first phone after the separation. Targetting a much more budget oriented audience, Note 7 performed exceptionally well with over a million units sold reportedly. Coming in at just $150, the phone caught the youtuber JerryRigEverything‘s eye who is quite famous for his durability tests.
In his latest video he demonstrated the structural integrity of the phone. Its weak points and material selection. Right off the first glance we notice the fact that the phone although looks premium comprises of a plastic build. Two glass slabs are sandwiching the plastic frame while a thick layer of gloss paint covers the edges. The glass used for a fact comprises of Gorilla Glass 5 which is similar to what we see in flagship smartphones.
After the phone’s survival in the harshest of scratch tests, the phone is subject to abuse on its plastic sides with a metallic blade. The plastic easily comes off and as the blade moves across the edges it is evident that even the SIM tray and the physical buttons are made out of plastic. Last comes the bend test which showcases the structural integrity of the phone and right on the first bend, two cracks form up on the edges. The weak points being the SIM card tray and the power button quite similar to what we saw on the iPad Pro.
The Redmi Note 7 is unarguably one of the finest of budget smartphones with a wide array of features but the brand’s quality control and material choice certainly lacks what others seem to provide. Sure you wont find a phone with internals as good as this but with a huge downgrade in the physical build of the phone certainly poses as a question mark for Redmi.
The Pixel 3 and the Pixel 3 XL are both exceptional smartphones when it comes down to their all round performance. As a flagship released in 2018 both the smartphones rock the Snapdragon 845 SoC which is pretty standard. The Pixel devices do add a layer of smoothness when Android smartphones are considered but the price and the release date of the smartphone has put Google at a tough spot.
Google’s Approach For The Pixel In 2019 – $200 Slashed Off
Google’s smartphone approach has been very different ever since the Pixels. The Pixel smartphones instead of releasing at the start of a year end up releasing in October only 4 months behind smartphones to be released the next year. This small gap especially in the Android market space puts Google in an awkward position with only 4 months for the device to keep up with its competition. Google’s marketing has been very unique and it is arguable that the smartphone has a set of features exclusive only to Google mainly in the software department.
Google reportedly sliced off $200 off their Pixel 3 lineup with the Pixel 3 XL now coming in at $699. This move would surely attract more consumers but Google doesn’t really hold a huge chunk of market space and its competitors have come up with devices with a similar price tag but with updated internals. The Galaxy S10e is a perfect example of a crisis Google has to face thanks to new budget smartphones crushing the levels of innovation. With a striking difference in internals and geometry, the Galaxy S10e offers a better design thanks to the punch hole design. The front of the device looks a lot cleaner and as far as other features are concerned, Samsung has fitted the Galaxy S10e with the top of the line camera sensors, in display fingerprint sensors and the latest update of One UI.
The Galaxy S10e – A Smartphone Built To Kill
As MWC 2019 proceeds, a ton of new smartphones begins their journey powered by the new Snapdragon 855 SoC. Most of them hosting 5G capabilities, better efficiency and better numbers in general. Samsung itself did unveil the Galaxy S10 in all its glory with a ton of new improvements and a much better design. With the regular S10, Samsung also unveiled the Galaxy S10e for a more budget oriented audience. The phone itself is remarkable even by 2019’s standards with the top of the line specifications and features.
Coming in at only $749, the S10e offers the complete Samsung experience, cutting down on only a few features, such as an extra sensor at the front and back compared to the other S10s. Moreover, the device consists of the same materials used for the other S10s including the main SoC, the 855. Samsung has clearly transmitted its message to competitors and has delivered a flagship with flagship grade features at such an affordable price.
Conclusion & Ending Words
For a person to purchase a smartphone in 2019, given the options he’d clearly go for the Galaxy S10e since it is the more sensible choice. Excluding pure die hard fans of Google and its software experience most would rather enjoy having the most updated specs and internals than a phone having last year’s specs while costing almost the same. For Google to succeed in the fast paced smartphone world, they’d need to level up their game and pose a more serious threat to the kingpins of the smartphone world. With Chinese manufacturers termed to be the underdogs, Google’s place yet remains unknown and uncertain.
To say that Fortnite is a popular game among current Gamers is an understatement. The game has had huge success after it came out and quickly traveled to the top and became the most played game beating other very big titles like PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. It has become so successful that Epic has decided to set an insane competitive prize pool budget of $100,000,000 for 2019.
The Fortnite World Cup
There will be ten weekly Online Open Qualifiers for eligible* Fortnite players. $1,000,000 will be winnable each week starting April 13th till June 16th. The top 100 Solo players and the Top 50 Duos teams from all over the globe shall qualify for the World Cup Finals that is going to be held in New York City on July 26th-28th with a $30,000,000 prize pool for the winning teams. Each player will get at least $50,000 and the Fortnite World Cup Solo Champion shall walk away with $3,000,000 in his pockets.
Perhaps you are not a Battle Royale player, or you were not eligible for the main event, maybe you will be supporting the World Cup by tuning in online to watch: there is something for you! The World Cup Finals shall have a plethora of different events in different modes and formats with custom challenges where you will have an amazing time participating in.
After the World Cup
Epic will continue to award players with $1,000,000 in weekly cash tournaments until the end of this year. Unlike the World Cup, These weekly tournaments shall have a more vast variety of modes and formats for players to play on. Epic seems pretty determined to awarding away the full $100,000,000 to its players in 2019.
Why the Insane Prize Pool?
Despite being Free to Play, Epic made $3 Billion in 2018 which is all thanks to Fortnite’s rising success of course. Epic would be foolish not to nurture and support the game and it’s community. It is quite simple really, Epic takes care of it’s community and the community gives back in the form of growing even more loyal and larger in player base. Fortnite itself is Free to Play which attracts a lot of players on all sorts of platforms but, it makes its revenue by micro transactions. Players can spend money on an in-game currency called ‘V-Bucks’ which is then used to buy in-game items. The different thing they did here is that you can only buy Cosmetic items with the In-Game currency. They made this viable by making it so that any game changing items are provided to all players by default so they can not be bought using V-Bucks. So, Take care of the game itself and it’s player base, and the game shall take care of the company in return.
Renders of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A10 have just emerge online. Following the vague launched of the Samsung Galaxy A30 and A50 earlier this week, leaks are suggesting the inclusion of yet another device from Samsung dubbed as the Samsung Galaxy A10.
The alleged leaks come from one of the trusty leaksters over at Slashleaks. The renders suggest to being originated from an unknown case manufacturer. Renders surfaced suggest to pack the same or virtually similar hardware borrowed from the likes of the Galaxy A30 and A50. However, being the entry-level option of the three, the device would most likely cut off a few more corks to make up for the cost.
While specifics weren’t given, we could easily take the Samsung Galaxy A30 as the closest reference to the upcoming A10. For the sake of looking back at the Galaxy A30, the Samsung Galaxy A30 comes with the newly-introduced Exynos 7904 SoC, 3/4GB RAM, 32/64GB of internal storage and more. Furthermore, both, the Samsung Galaxy A30 and A50 comes with a large 4000mAh battery under the hood.
Given the specs of the Galaxy A30 and where it stands in the lineup, we would speculate the inclusion of a similar spec sheet, minus the extra cameras the A30 and A50 come with. Furthermore, the spec sheet as well as renders suggest the inclusion of a single camera at the back of the device. And given that the battery is the biggest factor in promoting the Galaxy A30 and A50, there’s a good chance we may see the same battery in the Galaxy A10 as well.
With the Galaxy A30 and A50 receiving vague pricing and availability details, there’s a good chance that we may see the Galaxy A10 retail for around $299 now that the Galaxy M series made their debut over the past month or two. Whether Samsung plans to bump down the SoC from the 7904 to another Exynos SoC in their lineup is yet to be seen.
It seems like the folks over at Digital Trends may have hit the jackpot at MWC 2019. As Digital Trends’s Andy Boxall reports, they’ve managed to stumble across Huawei’s upcoming P30 Pro while reporting at Huawei’s booth at MWC 2019.
With the folks over at Digital Trends now open to the new device, they’ve managed to get a few shots of Huawei’s upcoming flagship, the P30 Pro. The neat pictures taken of the device reveal some minimal changes across the board when it comes to the overall design of the device.
Following in the Huawei P20/P20 Pro’s legacy, the Huawei P30 Pro continues to feature a trio of cameras at its back. However, unlike last year’s P20 Pro, Huawei has allowed the third sensor to join the pack, giving the Huawei P30 Pro a much cleaner presence. Furthermore, being an engineering sample for internal testing, the device lacked Huawei’s and Leica’s branding and instead, mentioned a Vogue and Link where once the Leica branding used to reside.
Regarding the front, the folks over at Digital Trends had to keep quiet for the official launch of the device. However, they also noted that the display of the device that they had featured a dummy display instead of the real deal. In addition to that, since there was no display, they didn’t get the chance to peak on the internals of the device. Whether the device would feature a notch similar to last year’s P20 or if Huawei plans to go with the punch-hole notch is yet to be seen. Either way, we’re keen to see how all of this plays out given how aggressive Huawei has been over the past year.
Can’t wait to see what Huawei has in store for 2019, especially given how the 5G has been the big focus point for the company.
Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 launches on March 15th, but, Ubisoft went ahead and announced on February 12th, that there will be an Open Beta from 1st March through the 4th of March. Ubisoft News

Complete the Invasion Mission and the Dark Zone East introduction mission and earn yourself a Capitol Hill arm patch and a Supply Crate backpack trophy. Lastly, complete a certain set of tasks in-game and you will unlock rewards that you’ll be able to access in the full game.
Ever since Nokia’s comeback to the mainstream smartphone market, the brand has released some wonderful smartphones with a very balanced and charming approach. HMD Global has surely brought back the classic tech giant with a new fleet of mobile phones with fascinating features. From the classic looking Nokia 210 to the brand new Nokia 9 PureView, Nokia’s entry into 2019 is praise worthy to say the least.
The Nokia 9 PureView – A Delight For Photography Enthusiasts
The Nokia 9 PureView is undoubtedly the star of the show and with the phone are a ton of new quirks and features brought to life. The Nokia 9 instead of following all the trends which reside in the minds of brands like Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi and Huawei have opted for a more mature and more intriguing approach. The Nokia 9 instead of going with the flow of maximizing screen to body ratios and 5G has offered a very neutral and accessible smartphone.
The phone tries its best to tick all the right boxes and provide a complete experience which not very smartphones tend to achieve. Powered by the Snapdragon 845 processor, the Nokia 9 isn’t the most powerful smartphone you’d find in 2019 but with quality, quirks to go along the phone proves to be a strong contender in the modern smartphone space. One of the neat features about the smartphone is its inclusion into the Android One program which has been Nokia’s policy throughout its phones. The Android One program greatly affects the software experience and having a completely stock experience and with constant updates to go along, Nokia has done a wondrous job in this particular area.
Specifications – Quirks & Features
As for the specifications of the Nokia 9, the smartphone packs respectable power. Having last generation specifications on a newer smartphone isn’t a new thing though. Last year we saw LG releasing their smartphones with older SoCs while being cost effective. Having an older processor doesn’t really affect much to the user. With most of the world running on the 845, Nokia’s 9 would fit in perfectly.
Other specifications include a 5.99”-inch QHD+ display an in screen fingerprint sensor and a 3320 mAh battery along with the latest Android Pie. The phone is infact water resistant and does have a USB-C port while getting rid of the headphone jack. The complete specs and features of the device are listed under.

The Highlight Of The Phone – First 5 Camera Setup On A Smartphone
Sample 1
Sample 2
Sample 3
Sample 4
The cameras on the Nokia 9 are definitely the highlight of the device. With a 5 camera ZEISS setup, a first for any flagship the Nokia 9 compels even the best of smartphones to a camera quality contest. The Penta camera setup all works together to bring in the best quality image possible. All five of them being the same 12MP resolution offering exceptional dynamic range and allowing 10 times more light to enter than a single sensor. With three f/1.8 monochrome sensors and two colour sensors, the Nokia 9 manages to capture immense visual quality.
While still holding the regular depth sense, high dynamic range capabilities and much more the camera set up on the Nokia 9 shows us a glimpse of what the future of smartphones may hold. For enthusiasts, the camera app on the phone has been completely revamped with a more streamlined UI and more added features such as a dedicated RAW monochrome option. With such high-quality images, users can now edit their raw files on the phone using Adobe’s photo editing apps.
Pricing & Availability
The Nokia 9 PureView is already available for sale and is available for $699. The folks over at Nokia did, however, confirm the fact that the Nokia 9 isn’t their flagship phone and a sort of experiment. This statement could mean that Nokia has a bigger and smarter smartphone under their sleeves which would compete against a more mainstream market. The Nokia 9 itself proves to be a very well balanced smartphone and fit for photography enthusiasts breaking new barriers of innovation.
Samsung has finally lifted the curtains over the Galaxy A30 and A50 following an amid series of leaks at MWC 2019. The newly introduced devices are set to captivate the mid-range market across the world catering modern hardware for mid-range prices.
Samsung Galaxy A30
The newly-announced Samsung Galaxy A30 and A50 come with a ton of things in common. As their name suggests, the latter of the two, the Galaxy A50, would offer a better overall experience compared to the Galaxy A50 thanks to a bump in its internal spec sheet.
The Samsung Galaxy A30 is set to launch some decent internals. The Samsung Galaxy A30 would be powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 7904 SoC and would feature either 3/4GB RAM, 32/64GB of internal storage, a dual rear camera setup, and a 4000mAh battery.
Furthermore, the device would feature a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display featuring an Infinity-U notch as well as the usual Samsung set of features. With the Samsung Galaxy A30, you would get your usual rear fingerprint sensor, support for Samsung Pay and even Samsung’s darling, Bixby.
Regarding the camera setups, the Samsung Galaxy A30 comes with a dual rear camera setup as well as a single camera up front. The dual camera duo consists of a 16MP shooter plus a 5MP shooter (for depth). Up front, the device features a 16MP selfie camera for those who care the most about it.
Samsung Galaxy A50
The next device Samsung revealed today was the Samsung Galaxy A50. The Samsung Galaxy A50 comes with a same display and shares a decent amount of the spec sheet with the A30. However, being the higher specced of the two, the Galaxy A50 packs Samsung’s Exynos 9610 and would feature either 4/6GB RAM, 64/128GB of internal storage, a triple rear camera setup and the same 4000mAh battery as the Galaxy A30.
Furthermore, the device utilizes the exact same display as the Samsung Galaxy A30, sports the Infinity-U display as well as a decent set of features with the exception of a few upgrades. With the Galaxy A50, you’re looking at an under-display fingerprint sensor, support for Samsung Pay and Bixby.
Regarding the camera setup on the Galaxy A50, Samsung upgrades the shooter with an extra camera as well as grants a few sensor upgrades under the hood as well. With the Galaxy A50, you’re looking at a triple camera setup consisting of a 25MP. 5MP (for depth) and 8MP (ultra-wide) trio. Up front, you’re looking at a camera upgrade as well to a healthy 25MP sensor.
Regarding pricing, Samsung hasn’t given any word on that. In addition to that, Samsung didn’t reveal the any details regarding the device’s availability either.
Sony has finally revealed their new lineup of devices for 2019. With Huawei, Samsung, Xiaomi and others calling it a day, Sony is making sure that they’re latest launch isn’t underestimated. With the debut of the Sony Xperia 1, Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus, Sony is calling for a comeback. Here’s everything you need to know about Sony’s Xperia 1.
Sony Xperia 1 – Flagship Game Is The New Market To Regain
Sony Xperia 1 – Specs & Features
Sony’s newly introduced Sony Xperia 1 doesn’t disappoint, that’s for sure. With leaks suggesting the inclusion of a 21:9 display, pretty much everyone has been anxious to see if that may end up being the case. With the Xperia 1, the star of the show is the new 21:9 6.5-inch 4K OLED display upfront.
However, that’s not the only thing the Xperia 1 is banking on. For the first time in years, Sony’s Xperia 1 finally looking like a device that wants revenge. Not only does the Xperia 1 bring an impressive display to life, but also a host of notable camera improvements, with more than a few of them landing on the video side of the spectrum rather than the photography side of things.
Starting with the specs though, the Xperia 1 comes with all the bells and whistle of a flagship from 2019. With the Xperia 1, you’re looking at a Snapdragon 855 SoC, 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, a triple 12MP setup for the rear, an 8MP selfie camera up front, and a 3300mAh battery under the hood.
IP65/68 water-resistance still makes its make here in 2019 and so does the Type-C port with a host of Sony’s in-house audio enhancements on top, continuing its 404 appeal towards the headphone jack. Furthermore, the Sony Xperia 1 comes with support for 2019’s new Gorilla Glass 6 up front and on its back, NFC, a USB 3.1 Type-C port and a whole lot more.
Sony Xperia 1 Cameras – This Is Definitely One Tiny Beast
Beginning with the new camera improvements, the Sony Xperia 1 brings 21:9 4K video recording, Eye AF, 10FPS continuous shooting, advanced OIS/EIS capabilities, and more. Furthermore, the Sony Xperia 1 comes with several other advanced improvements too. With the help of BIONZ X Mobile, Sony adopts a number of camera techniques from its professional Alpha mirrorless camera range. Improvements include the aforementioned Eye AF, RAW noise reduction, and several other image processing techniques from Sony’s Alpha camera lineup.
Speaking of camera improvements, the star of the show with this year’s Sony Xperia 1 lineup is the triple camera setup on the rear. All three cameras consist of a 12MP sensor with varying focal lengths to enable a wide range of camera FOVs. Not only do we get to see the likes of a normal standard camera, but the inclusion of an ultra-wide shooter and telephoto camera too. To make the experience even better, Sony has decided to include Hybrid OIS/EIS for the standard and telephoto shooters while skimping OIS/EIS on the ultra-wide shooter on the back.
Focal lengths range from 16mm to 52mm, enabling the Xperia 1 to be an incredible option in a wide number of scenarios. The ultra-wide angle shooter on the Xperia 1 trumps the competition with its 135° FOV all-the-while the standard and telephoto shooters continue the usual 78° and 45° FOV.
Sony Xperia 1 Pricing, Availability & Conclusions
With the new Xperia 1 revealed, the Sony Xperia 1 hangs in the balance for one category, and that’s the availability and pricing for the device.
However, one thing that we are sure of is the fact that the device would come in three colors at launch. If you’re looking for the Xperia 1, it comes in Black, Purple, Grey, and White. Furthermore, unlike many other devices around it, the Sony Xperia 1 comes in one variant only featuring 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage under the hood.
Regarding our final thoughts of the device, the Sony Xperia 1 definitely looks like a much more intriguing device. Not only has Sony finally elevated itself back into the game, but it has also made sure that the Xperia 1 adapts to casual users and well as professional users alike, regardless of their background.
I mean, what doesn’t the Xperia 1 fulfill here. Display? Camera? Performance? Pretty much everything is here. In addition to that, we couldn’t forget the fact that the Xperia 1 comes with a host of camera improvements from its elder cousins too.
While pricing isn’t out yet, what would tilt our decision towards the Xperia 1 would be its camera setup, that’s for sure. While manufacturers are feeling a while lot hitting quadruple digits, albeit on the higher-end, we wouldn’t mind to see the Xperia 1 hit the $900-$1000 price point, that’s for sure.
What we would have loved to see though is the inclusion of a larger battery and the inclusion of the headphone jack again. While latter of the two seems unlikely, probably the next Xperia flagship would be able to deliver on that. Can’t wait to see what next year’s Xperia flagship is called.

LG has finally unveiled a series of flagships at MWC 2019. With MWC 2019 underway, Huawei, Nokia and more have ticked their launches by now. With LG next on the list, it seems like LG isn’t holding back with their launches this time around. At MWC 2019 today, they’ve unveiled their new LG V50 ThinQ, G8 ThinQ as well as their LG Dual Screen. Here’s everything you need to know about the LG G8 ThinQ.
Unlike the new LG V50 ThinQ, the LG G8 ThinQ is dedicated to be your everyday flagship. In typical LG fashion, LG hasn’t made major design changes this year. Apart from the addition of the notch last year, it seems like LG is sticking to its guns this year with the usual LG G8 ThinQ this year.
Just like every 2019 flagship, the LG G8 ThinQ features the new Snapdragon 855 SoC, 6GB RAM, 128GB of internal storage, 3500mAh battery and a 6.1-inch QHD+ 3120 x 1440 display. And just like last year’s LG V40 ThinQ, LG has had added another camera this year and would be calling the new device the LG G8S ThinQ.
The LG G8 ThinQ comes with a dual camera setup at the back while the LG G8S ThinQ comes with a triple camera setup. The triple camera trio on the LG G8s ThinQ consists of a 13MP/12MP/12MP trio dedicated with wide, standard and telephoto capabilties. However, if you do plan to go with the G8, you’re looking at the dual camera setup consisting of a dual 12MP setup with the second camera specializing in telephoto shots.
However, it’s not all about specs this year. Not only has LG shaked its camera setup a but, but LG has made sure to include their new “Crystal Sound OLED”. This means that the LG G8 ThinQ emits sound from the display itself.
In addition to that, LG has added a ton of trickery to the camera itself on the LG G8 ThinQ. However, the more notable trickery comes in the form of the front camera setup and the rear camera’s video recording capabilities.
LG has put a ton of emphasis on the LG G8 ThinQ’s separation techniques where the LG G8 ThinQ is capable of distinguishing depth. The new blurring effects could now be applied to videos too. The LG G8 ThinQ is now capable of separating the background in videos even better this year. The same improvements follow up onto the selfie camera as well. However, the bokeh effect is further enhanced by the addition of a Z-Camera and IR camera up front. This means that you’re potentially looking at better portrait shots as well as support for 3D depth mapping to unlock your phone, similar to what we’ve seen from Apple’s FaceID.
In addition to the inclusion of Face ID-like biometric, LG has went as far to include their new “Hand ID” authentication method where LG claims to have made yet another breakthrough in biometrics. With the LG G8 ThinQ, you would be able to unlock the device with a simple glance of your hand. And if you’re skeptical, LG says that it uses an “advanced palm vein authentication method” and is more secure than your usual fingerprint sensor.
Furthermore, LG added what they call “Air Motion”. Air Motion, like the days of the Galaxy S3/S4, allow you to do various simple tasks via simple hand gestures. Commands include answering and declining calls, taking pictures, controlling your media and more.
As usual, LG’s throwing in a ton of their usual goodies as well. LG has carried forward its stereo speakers, 32-bit Hi-Fi DAC, NFC and IP68 water and dust resistance to the G8 ThinQ as well.
With that out of the way, the LG G8 ThinQ would come in three colors at launch, namely, Carmine Red, Aurora Black, and Moroccan Blue. Pricing hasn’t been reveal yet but we would update you folks here once we do get confirmation on either of the two missing details.
With MWC 2019 underway, pretty much every major smartphone OEM is on board to unveil their plans and products that would define 2019 and the future ahead. With Xiaomi and Samsungdone with their launches and keynotes, it’s about time Huawei showcases their technology.
Following the initial Huawei Mate X leaks earlier this week, Huawei has finally unveiled the Huawei Mate X at MWC 2019. The Huawei Mate X is the first foldable device that would support 5G out of the box and would be able to flex either way, just like the Samsung Galaxy Fold from earlier this week.
The newly-announced Huawei Mate X features a unique foldable design, the Kirin 980 SoC, the Balong 5000 5G modem, 8GB RAM and 512GB of UFS 2.1 internal storage. Furthermore, the device packs two batteries under the hood for a total of 4500mAh capacity for it power your device for some long sessions.
Unlike Samsung’s Galaxy F folding design, the design of Huawei’s folding device consists of an actual border than you could actually grip. Not only that, but with the help of that, Huawei has managed to squeeze in a fingerprint sensor as well as a host of other capabilities under the hood. When folded, one side of the Huawei Mate X reveals a 6.6-inch display on side on the grip side and another 6.38-inch display on the rear. When unfolded, the device reveals a beautiful 8-inch AMOLED panel.
And that’s definitely speaking volumes. Samsung’s Galaxy F, when folded, only reveals a 4.6-inch display, that too, that doesn’t extend all the way to the corners. This means that when the Galaxy Fold is folded, you’ll not only see some major bezels, but also a forehead and chin combo upfront.
Being a Huawei phone, Huawei continues its partnership with camera company, Lieca. With the Mate X, you get to see a 40MP wide shooter, a 16MP ultra-wide shooter, and an 8MP telephoto shooter to keep Huawei’s camera rankings on top. And while DxOMark hasn’t tested the device yet, Huawei has included a few more improvements to its camera to keep itself ahead of the game.
What’s incredible about the Huawei Mate X apart from its design is the lack of a notch. Huawei has completely ditched any front cameras and have opted to install them onto the grip of the device. This means that when the device is folded or unfolded, you would experience the Huawei Mate X’s display to its fullest, making the Huawei Mate X not only enjoyable for media consumption, but everyday use as well.
Powering all the internals is a job for the 4500mAh battery on the inside of the device. Not only does it have a large battery, but Huawei continues to dominate the charging front with the Huawei Mate X featuring support for Huawei’s in-house 55W SuperCharge technology that completely dwarfs Samsung’s charging technology.
Regarding pricing, you thought that the Samsung Galaxy Fold was expensive, the Huawei Mate X would retail for €2200 (US $2600). Huawei claims that the device would be available at an unconfirmed date around the middle of 2019. However, with US disparaging Huawei as much they could, it seems like the Huawei Mate X would be limited to certain European and Asian markets following the 5G revolution.
Xiaomi today announced the 5G version of the Mi Mix 3. 5G is definitely one of the most talked about feature of 2019, apart from smartphone manufactuers focussing on a completely bezel less smartphone, 5G is what seems to be the future of innovation. With Samsung first announcing the Galaxy S10 hosting 5G capabilities, Xiaomi is not far behind with the Mi Mix 3.
The Mi MiX 3 5G – Powered By The Snapdragon 855 SoC
The Mi Mix 3 already being a solid flagship phone with a unique slider mechanism acted as a pivot point for Xiaomi’s gameplan towards completely bezel-less smartphones. Xiaomi in an interview did express its desires to launch a 5G Mi Mix phone while being extremely vague regarding details. Today in Spain, however, the brand has finally showcased the 5G version of the phone and it is stunning. Contradicting the leaks, Xiaomi did confirm that the phone is, in fact, identical to the original Mi Mix 3 when it comes down to the bare basics.
Specifications & Features – What’s New?
The 5G variant of the phone does, however, add another layer of improvements over the then perfect Mi Mix 3. The 5G Mix 3 although having the same exterior packs more than just a punch when it comes down to the internals. Rocking the invincible Snapdragon 855 for a flagship-grade performance paired with the X50 modem to support 5G. The rest of the features, on the other hand, are identical to last year’s Mix 3. With European markets ready for 5G, Xiaomi’s Mi Mix 3 would be one of the first to actually supply to the ever-increasing demand sharing the market with just Samsung. As Xiaomi’s grip towards Europe strengthens we could expect to see more from the manufacturer for the region.
As far as 5G capabilities are concerned the Mi Mix 3 completely harnesses the power of 5G. The presenter did make the company’s first 5G video call from Spain. 5G would not only bring in greater speeds, low latency and a new era of mobile connectivity but would enhance the already existent smartphone experience significantly. Powered by the Snapdragon 855, the Mi Mix 3 5G is more than capable of handling tasks meant for 5G.
Pricing & Availability – Starts At € 599 Only
As for the pricing and availability, the Mi Mix 3 5G would cost 599 EU and would start shipping this May. The phone itself is to be available in two colours, namely Onyx Black and Sapphire Blue. Taking the actual specifications into consideration and the fact that the phone hosts the same processor as the Galaxy S10 which launched this week, Samsung certainly has some tough competition.
Xiaomi’s Mi Mix 3 proved to be a game changer for the brand. Having a slogan of manufacturing a completely bezel-less smartphone the Mi Mix 3 achieved just that at a cost of aesthetics and a slider mechanism. As for the future of the Mi Mix brand, Xiaomi did actually express its desires on making the Mi Mix 5G compatible in coming days. In our interview, the brand expressed that the phone would, in fact, be based on a separate SKU.
As MWC 2019 nears, we noticed Huawei’s poster about their new foldable 5G prototype after the reveal of the Galaxy Fold. Today, on the other hand, we’ve uncovered a teaser from Xiaomi about a new smartphone most probably the Mi MiX 3S. After Samsung’s take on 5G, it seems that Chinese manufacturers are catching up with their phones as well. 5G, for now, is a pretty new topic and hosts potential for a major market share throughout the upcoming years. It seems clear that Xiaomi would definitely want some piece of that especially for the Asian markets where they tend to be very influential.
The phone itself though seems to host the same slider mechanism like the Mi Mix 3 but is sleeker, slimmer and more seamless. The top bezel and the chin of the phone are definitely smaller than the Mix 3 and the thickness of the phone is cut significantly even by regular smartphone standards. Having the same magnetic slider could mean that IP ratings are way ahead for the phone to pass. Having 5G would most certainly mean that the phone will, in fact, rock the Snapdragon 855 along with the X50 modem. With Xiaomi’s market share expanding internationally at a rapid pace they would most certainly want the Mi Mix 3S to set a standard at an international grade for users worldwide.
With 5G technology ready in America and Europe, Xiaomi has been working tirelessly for it’s European markets. The brand dethroned Samsung in Ukraine to become the best smartphone brand, opened its largest Mi store in Paris, France and launched its fleet of devices in the U.K. With the Mi 9 introduced and now their 5G Mi Mix, the company is definitely heading into the right direction.
It seems like fans of Fortnite may need to say bye bye to their love-hate relationship with the X-4 Stormwing Plane. Confirmed by one of the developers at Epic Games, planes would no longer be a thing when Fortnite Season 8 arrives.
The X-4 Stormwing Plane has been one of the major staples of Fortnite’s Season 7. Not only did it finally introduce a new method of transport, but it also showcased what Fortnite’s Battle Island looks like from the skies. Soon after the introduction of the plan, fans felt that the plane was extremely overpowered and therefore, was nerfed, in the updates that followed. With the nerfs finally amended, players finally found the plane to be much more calming than its initial release.
With the X-4 Storming now finally being confirmed of being vaulted ahead of the beginning of Season 8, there’s a good chance that Season 8 may be bringing some decent changes to the map as well may even be introducing a new vehicle for the game. What that vehicle or map changes are is yet to be seen. But for now, the fate of Season 7’s new location, Frosty Flights, hangs in the balance.
For now, all we’re excited to see is how Fortnite story progresses over time now that Fortnite Season 8 is underway and by the looks of it, we’re expecting some major changes ahead of the season update. Let’s hope that the ziplines stay for good. You couldn’t appreciate them enough.
