Ubisoft Forward To Take Place Digitally – Set For July 12th

0

Physical game events have been on a constant decline and with them, Ubisoft has come to follow. All thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic pretty much every other event has been called off indefinitely and the rest have moved over to the digital stage. Ubisoft has decided to announce its digital event Ubisoft Forward.

The event is set for July 12th and would be an E3 style conference with exciting game news and most importantly new reveals. Ubisoft has been very open with how Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has come outset for its release later this year. There could be a lot more under their sleeves though. Fans have a hunch that we may be getting a newer For Honor game while others just want a new Rayman and a Prince of Persia.

Prince of Persia itself has been a centre of debate recently with over 8 years old footage revealed just recently and devs talking about how the game was cancelled and the shown video was supposedly the main gameplay inspiration. While all of this might even be pointless banter what’s interesting is that Ubisoft apart from the Assassin’s Creed game have given zero clues.

Having an E3 style conference is definitely huge and would be nothing short of a challenge. Considering how fans weren’t completely happy with the recent Inside Xbox program it’ll be more than just difficult to please fans. Having literally zero experience with such massive scale digital events may prove to be a bigger bite than necessary but game publishers are left with no other choice.

Indeed 2020 has been a more digital year than ever with basically everything being done over the internet we’d be listening closely to what this E3 style event brings to the table. Quite possibly a line of games set for next-generation consoles, we’d have to wait and see.

Ask About The Elder Scroll VI Years Later, Says Pete Hines

0

Pete Hines from Bethesda has been quite vocal on his personal Twitter account and fans have been at him for more and more juicy details about the future of Bethesda and the future of Skyrim. The Elder Scrolls V has been one of the pillars of modern gaming. With the game basically called the epitome of the RPG genre many enthusiasts are actually too fond of it.

In a recent Tweet, Pete Hines the Senior Vice President at Bethesda, when asked about when Bethesda would actually talk about the next Skyrim, replied that the next game in the series is years apart and that the studio is only focussing on the Starfield. Now, Starfield is a game that’s been internally in development for at least a decade and it still has no concrete release date.

While the game itself released almost a decade ago thanks to such an active community, still remains a fan favourite with thousands of custom mods thanks to Bethesda’s open platform. While the game received remastered special editions for current generation platforms just for the sake of its relevance in our pop culture Bethesda hasn’t been shy on talking about the next Elder Scrolls.

Considering how Bethesda likes to spend so much time on their games and the fact that Starfield is still very much in production means that the studio could, in fact, be working on the next Skyrim as we speak. The recent tweet could only mean one thing and it means that fans should stop worrying too much about the franchise and focus more towards their other titles.

Clearly Bethesda’s other games are overshadowed more than often by The Elder Scrolls and it would definitely be smart to just leave the franchise alone at the current time.

Batman Is A No Show For The Surprise Game Reveal At Summer Game Fest, Debunks Geoff Keighley

0

The Summer Game Fest is on the roll and with it so are many enthusiasts who were desperately waiting for a proper gaming event this year. In terms of events and gaming expo’s this year has been extremely scarce. Luckily for us, Geoff Keighley from @thegameawards has come forward with his very own completely digital gaming event.

Out of all this, Geoff announced a surprise game reveal for May 12th Tuesday. Now since there’s been a lot of rumours going on about how the upcoming batman game will happen to be a total reboot, fans and especially batman fans weren’t too quick to tie the knots. Given that in his previous stream Geoff happened to have a Batarang trophy in his background. Fans quickly noticed it and thought of it as a subtle hint towards tomorrow’s reveal.

Now the event itself started off with the Inside Xbox premiere featuring a first look at the gameplay of the upcoming Xbox Series X. However fans were utterly disappointed by the stream. Now since there’s a first for everything lets not be very harsh on the folks over at Summer Game Fest. Of course, there were hurdles and the stream wasn’t as jaw-dropping as we expected however a tiny step towards our goal is better than no steps at all.

However, Geoff himself was quick to deny the claims and stated in a tweet that he’s been getting a ton of wild guesses about Mafia’s remastered series and Batman for all he knows is that its a fun reveal and definitely not a Batman game. Fans were utterly disappointed at the very least for there hasn’t been a real Batman game in years.

Mafia Could Be Getting A Remastered Series – A Tweet By Their Main Twitter Teased

0

Mafia Game’s official twitter has suddenly posted a tweet that goes “Family”. Basically the twitter account handled by the franchise has been dead for almost a couple of years. With the latest addition to the franchise being released over four years ago, this tweet is no coincidence.

Now many may think that the handlers probably got bored out of their minds during this quarantine season but fans have to say otherwise. The comments section is filled with countless theories about what the tweet may have been. Some say that they’re working on a sequel to their Mafia franchise while others are guessing for a spin-off series.

It could also mean that Mafia is finally looking forward to actually making a game for next generation consoles. Considering how many of our gaming events got cancelled this year the only way to know for sure is a direct release.

While all of these guesses are a wild hunch and probably result in a dead-end some theorists might add the fact that Mafia might actually be working on a remaster series. Now the original Mafia and Mafia 2 have been fan favourites and even nostalgic for some. The games offered beautiful graphics considering the time period but the real star of the show was the storyline.

Considering the fact that its been so long since a proper Mafia game and the fact that Mafia 3 was sort of underwhelming for many can, in fact, fund the hunch that a remastered game may, in fact, coming. For a Twitter account that has been dead for the past two years this is most certainly a power move to assert hype and it seems to work.

The tweet instantly got viral and is now turning heads all around the gaming world. While it only said “Family” fans are hoping for more details soon.

Apple’s iPhone 11 Demolishes Global Smartphone Sales, with Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Being The Best Android-Seller

Apple definitely seems to be on an uptick. Following its decline in 2014, the company has certainly showed steady growth over the past few years despite the major price hikes. I a recent report published by research firm, Canalys, Apple’s iPhone 11 completely demolished global shipments.

During Q1, amidst the whole Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Apple managed to ship 18 million units of the iPhone 11, this is major for the company, especially as their change their naming strategy what was formerly known as the iPhone XR. Digging deeper into the analysis, Xiaomi follows the trend with half the shipments that of the Apple iPhone with 8.75 million shipments of the Redmi Note 8 and 8T, followed by the Samsung Galaxy A51 and A10s.

This is incredible news for Apple. A major part is these sales has to be attributed to Apple’s decision to call their base iPhone, the iPhone, the iPhone 11, resetting Apple’s global image.

The infographic details how Apple has managed to keep a major global lead in terms of shipments given that all of Apple’s shipments include flagships. Samsung’s Galaxy S20 series is no where to be seen. However, to be completely fair, the Galaxy S20 series launched in February. But most of the sales following the iPhone 11’s sales numbers are that of Samsung’s and Xiaomi’s budget devices.

With Q2 underway, it would be interesting to see how these results would be skewed now that we’re in a completely different beast of times. Not only has the Galaxy S20 launched since, but we’ve also seen the major launch of the iPhone SE 2020 as well as the OnePlus 8 series of devices.

If Xiaomi were to be found in the results this quarter, it should most likely be these very devices now that Xiaomi seems to be losing ground in the Indian premium market anyways with their recent price hikes.

There are certainly incredible times ahead. However, we’re really keen on seeing whether Apple would actually reduce the prices of their upcoming flagships, the iPhone 12 series, to start at $649, as touted by recent leaks.

Nintendo To Focus More Towards Mobile Users, Says CEO Shuntaro Furukawa

Nintendo’s President and CEO in Nintendo’s Annual Financial Briefing Q&A revealed quite a few keen details about the company’s future and how they intend on taking the Nintendo Switch forward.

The Switch is currently in the middle of its cycle and up until this point has been doing extremely well. However thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic Nintendo has had issues producing new consoles for the ever-growing market. Furukawa expressed that however unexpected our situation might be Nintendo has not had any major impact and would try to release most of the announced titles and would still be working on more to come.

Now, this brings us to the other side of Nintendo. Animal Crossing has been an instant success on the Nintendo Switch and thanks to the New Horizon update, Sales shot past by 550% last month. Nintendo states that over 50% of Animal Crossing: New Horizons sales have been digital and that the company would continue to take care of the six games available on mobile devices.

The report also suggested that the company would, in fact, be working on more content for mobile devices since it wants to raise awareness for its games through the mobile market. With folks in quarantine more and more desperate for new content Nintendo’s mobile release has allowed them a neat way to spend their time. Continuing this trend could prove to bring more and more players to Nintendo’s circuit. The global market reach has seen significant improvement this year for Nintendo with Mario Kart Tour surpassing over 400 million downloads.

It is clear that mobile’s a platform Nintendo intends to take over and to bring timely updates and to allow players to interact with each other in a manner never before seen on the platform is nothing short of a revolution.

Poco F2 Debuts This Tuesday, May 12th – Won’t Be As Good Of A Deal

0

Xiaomi’s about to launch the Poco F2. As prices of smartphones continue to push prices over the $1000 price tag, a recent leak has revealed that the Poco F2 could be debuting on May 12th, with the keynote being help in Madrid, Spain.

The leaks comes in from Sudhanshu, who also seems to be assuring that the Poco F2 might be launching in the European market. One thing that’s odd is that there are no leaks regarding the Indian launch of the phone, despite the Indian market being the prime focus for the Xiaomi’s group of sub-brands.

With the Poco F1 being a major bombshell of a device simply because of its price tag, we wonder how much the Poco F2 might retail for. Early leaks, courtesy of the folks over at 91Mobiles, suggest that the Poco F2 might retail for EUR 570 (US $ 625) in Europe, with a slightly lower price for the Indian market.

Considering how important the Indian market is for the flagship killer sub-brand, it’s going to be a bummer if Poco actually launches the phone for anything above $500.

For some recap, the Poco F2 is expected to boast flagship-level internals, like the Snapdragon 865 SoC, 6/8GB of RAM, 4000mAh+ battery, and a whole lot more.

Over the past week, folks from Poco themselves have also confirmed that the Poco F2 would not be a rebranded Redmi K30 Pro. They also had no words regarding whether the Poco F2 would feature a high-refresh rate display. Which if it doesn’t, looks like a complete bummer if it doesn’t come with one.

The phone would definitely be making its way to the Indian market regardless, but if the device doesn’t seem to meet the expectations of a lot of its original buyers, the Poco F2 would definitely not make its way to the USA, even with imports.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Downloads Shoot Up By 550% Post Mobile Release

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp has been one of the most talked-about games this year. Upon its release on the Nintendo Switch players stormed on the platform and got hooked up instantly. The game itself offers a relaxing playstyle with a lot of interactive features to take advantage of with friends.

Following the Covid-19 pandemic, more and more people have been staying at home and their only means of entertainment is videogames. Animal Crossing fits in perfectly with the description of a relaxing chill day at home with friends on the other side. According to a report by DataFirm last month was the best month statistically speaking for the franchise’s history with lifetime player spending shooting past $150 million.

Just about a week in, sales shot up by 229% week over week to about $1.9 million while player spending went up by 106% at about $1.7 million. Now, this is nothing compared to when the launch of “New Horizons” a mobile app allowing players to enjoy the game on their mobile phones both iOS and Android. Downloads grew by over 550% from the previous month to a whopping $8.4 million.

The month of April proved to be the best month for the franchise generating about $7.9 million in player spending alone. Now the New Mobile Horizons app proved to be extremely lucrative for the majority of players came in from Japan collecting over $112.8 million total spendings to date making up for almost 3 fourths of the total revenue. The U.S came in second with almost $30 million making up for 19% of the revenue. It is more than clear that the release on mobile devices has been a vital ingredient for its success and in these times of despair, it just seems to be the right call allowing the most number of players to hop on the bandwagon and just have a good time.

Upcoming Batman Game A Total Reboot, Source Claims

0

The Batman series by Rocksteady has been one of the most phenomenal action thriller games. With Batman Arkham Knight being the latest addition to the franchise its been about 5 years without a direct successor to the franchise. It seems as if Warner Brothers completely forgot about Batman.

All is not lost however because a source claims to have confirmed that Warner Brothers have been working on a soft reboot of their Arkham series. Now take this with a pinch of salt since there’s not much to go along with here. However, the leak suggests a lot more than just a reboot. Fans expected a subtle reference to the previous Arkham games in a world set after a few years of Batman with Robin as his successor.

All of this yet seems to have no real application it seems. The new soft reboot is claimed to be a totally different series followed by a subtle indication that there’s a lot more to come and that WB Montreal would build a cohesive DC Universe in videogames. Now Rocksteady has been extremely good with its games. Having stunning visuals, an engaging character presence and of course a bold very DC storyline which fans love.

While there’s been no concrete proof for what to expect yet we could be expecting a reveal date or at least a teaser quite soon. Fans have been eager for a new Batman game since it’s been almost half a decade since their last game and to be quite honest it did underperform given the achievements achieved by the previous titles.

We could’ve expected appearances in one of the gaming events like E3 etc, however, most of them just happen to not take place while the rest go completely digital. Not all hope is lost and we could be expecting an appearance in one of these digital game events.

Tokyo Game Show Goes Digital This Fall 2020

0

Tokyo Game Show, an annual event taking place typically in the Makuhari Messe Event Hall in Chiba, Japan is one of the highlights for enthusiasts wanting a proper tech event in Japan. Hosting multiple video game launches, tech demos, cosplays and so much more, the expo hosted more than 200,000 visitors just last year.

Unfortunately due to these unexpected turn of events and the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic things have gone nothing but South for every major event taking place this year. With the likes of E3, EA Play and so many more everything seems to go digital this year. The even usually spans around 2-4 days with multiple hosts displaying their products and content. This year’s Tokyo Game Show is expected to take place from September 24th to September 27th. Spanning over 3 days the event itself would try and feature everything it was meant to except this time enthusiasts would only be able to tune in digitally.

We’ve talked multiple times about how every major event has gone digital and the fact that even music concerts have become a huge success online thanks to modern technology. As the internet becomes more and more engaging than it ever was it might perhaps be a good thing that digital events take place. For one they target a wider audience and secondly the fact that more people get to interact and enjoy the content while staying at home is a win-win situation.

The folks over at Tokyo Game Show apologized for how this pandemic has caused so many inconveniences for enthusiasts yet little could be done to avert the problem. Besides, going digital doesn’t sound that bad.

0

Ubisoft’s been on a roll with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The first look cinematic reveal trailer was dropped just last week by the French company. Today as part of the Inside Xbox program Ubisoft unveiled the gameplay trailer of the upcoming title in the Assassin’s Creed franchise.

The trailer itself boasts impressive visuals all around with breathtaking sceneries quite home to the franchise itself. Moreover, with the way they’ve approached this part, it seems that Assassin’s Creed will, in fact, be going back to its roots. The hidden blade is back and so are many of the classic features.

Impressive visuals and storylines are what ties Assassin’s Creed in this beautiful tapestry which fans are so fond of. The revealed footage shows us a sneak peek of what we should expect from the upcoming game. With Eivor taking over the uncharted lands of England, vast open fields. Teasing iconic locations like Stonehenge, Northern Lights and much more.

Assassin’s Creed has been Ubisoft’s baby these recent times. Yet the way how their previous instalments in the franchises have come out fans have been deprived of what the franchise once stood for. With a genre shift to RPG from the time of Assassin’s Creed Origins, the developers haven’t been able to redeem themselves completely.

However, things definitely look different this time. One might argue the fact that they’ve always had creative into their games and that Ubisoft was never shy of experimenting with their views and content. Yet it has always left fans of the original series disappointed at the very least. This time around bringing back the classic Assassin’s Creed factor to the core of Valhalla’s gameplay may perhaps be a game-changer.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is set to release Holidays this year on the Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PC, PS5 & PS4. Apart from that, the game would also act as a benchmark to actually show how much of a difference takes place between these two generations.

Yakuza: Like A Dragon Set To Release On Xbox Series X, Xbox & PC

Yakuza: Like A Dragon a story-based RPG title set in modern Japan and focusses on an underworld story. The game was released only in the Asian region on the PlayStation 4. Developed by SEGA it was obvious that they’d target their primary audience with the new game.

Good news for enthusiasts especially for those interested in Anime and Japanese culture. SEGA today announced the Western release for Yakuza: Like A Dragon. Releasing day one on the Xbox Series X, Xbox and PC the game promises a very engaging and beautiful storyline based off of the underworld of a dying man in modern Japan.

Featuring Yakuza a lower end criminal betrayed by his very own left to rot. Players get to play the character and witness as he climbs up the ranks in the underworld Japan and achieves success in a modern-day world with a plot full of interesting catalysts moving the story forward and making it more and more engaging.

While the visuals of the game take a very artistic approach there’s not much to complain. Given the fact that the main plot of the game acts as the driving force taking it forward. With the power of Xbox Series X, we are sure to expect 4K resolutions and frame rates up to 120fps.

While the initiative from the developers is definitely far fetched considering the fact that there isn’t a huge audience outside the Asian region. Only recently we’ve seen more awareness spread across the West. With Japanese content reaching magnificent heights and achieving a lot we’re sure to see more and more from the region in the future.

Ubisoft’s Cancelled Prince Of Persia Footage Surfaces Out Of Nowhere

0

Yep you heard that right, Prince of Persia was the epitome of third-person action-adventure games just a decade ago and Ubisoft was behind it all. Now the gameplay footage itself is about 8 years old of an unreleased Prince of Persia Redemption.

Just as crazy as it may seem yes the footage was leaked about 8 years ago but it took so long for it to get under the radar. The video itself shows a very Ubisoft-like third-person adventure title with parkour almost as if it was straight out of Assassin’s Creed. Now the significance of the released footage itself isn’t much but the fact that fans have been wanting a Prince of Persia sequel for so long definitely makes us wonder.

The leak did nothing but amuse enthusiasts and fans about what seemed to be the future of Ubisoft at the time and how they cancelled it out of nowhere. Where Assassin’s Creed was given the green light over and over again, Prince of Persia kept sinking deep down the webs. With how far we’ve come in technicalities it’s definitely not too late for a Prince of Persia game and with the level of nostalgia, it filled in our hearts and with the engaging storyline its definitely not too much to ask.

With Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla on its way to gamers later this year we couldn’t help but compare the original Prince of Persia game to our modern RPG’s. The franchise revolutionized the modern-day perception of a third-person game with its engaging themes and very thought out storyline gamers were given a lucid experience through time.

Sounds pretty generic? well, Ubisoft’s formula for success was indeed brought to light by Prince of Persia and to this day is a subtle inspiration to every modern RPG out there. While we may not be completely sure whether Ubisoft has any plans for the franchise however there seems to be a high probability for them to reboot it and with a fresh modern take, we shouldn’t be expecting anything less than exciting for it.

Fortnite’s Party Royale Premiere Featuring Dillion Francis & More Teased

0

We’ve always talked about how Epic Games has pushed Fortnite to its very limits. From adding various pop culture items in the shop to various gameplay updates and everything in between Fortnite is on a roll.

The game itself has been hosting virtual concerts and events for quite some time and the ever-increasing audience does not mind that at all. From hosting a Marshmello concert to a Travis Scott one and everything in between, Fortnite does not seem to slow down it seems. A brand new ad posted on Instagram shows that the game might be hosting another event

Source: Fortnite

The image shows three major artists, Dillion Francis, Steve Aoki and deadmau5 with a date of May the 8th. Now some Reddit users did confirm seeing this actual ad however the link itself did not take them anywhere and was in fact faulty. This could very well mean that the ads were all just a mistake before their actual confirmation or the fact that the link itself malfunctioned at that given point.

Nevertheless, the fact that in these tough times, Epic Games is providing proper quality content to its player base is something you don’t see very often. With more and more artists moving towards virtual concerts especially in these times of isolation could it be that the future of concerts is what we see now?

It would definitely be interesting to see if Fortnite goes forward with this event and would definitely influence more artists to come towards the virtual concert path. As the leak suggests, the Party Royale Premiere takes place Live at 9 PM Eastern time or 6 PM Pacific time.

With its guest appearance, many enthusiasts would grab the title as soon as they can just because of the nostalgia factor. Players owning the game would also receive free content update royalties, stages, friendships and much more.

Mortal Kombat itself has had amazing gameplay from the very start and with the previous version of the game, they overcame the hurdle for an engaging story. With the release of Aftermath, things are looking quite nice for the developers and with such engaging graphics to go along with all these fans are more than happy.

Featuring new stages, new fatalities and a load of new content the Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath is expected to debut on May 26th. PlayStation Now is Sony’s video game streaming service available on both the PS4 and PC. The service offers exclusive titles from PS3’s Heavy rain to PS4’s Spiderman and everything in between. Having such a great initiative and with greatly improving internet speeds worldwide the demand for video game streaming has definitely gone up. Gone up to the point that Google has gone forward with a console-based solely on video game streaming.

As we enter May 2020, PlayStation Now has added 3 AAA titles to its arsenal consisting of Rainbow Six Siege, Evil Within 2 and Get Even. With a mixture of online play and single-player campaign thrillers, this month’s titles have to be quite interesting.

Rainbow Six is an interesting choice for the PS Now initiative though given the fact that its a multiplayer-only option PS4 users can opt to download the game while PC players would have to make do with the stream which may cause some lag unless you’ve got a good connection. Moreover with the new event taking place in Siege, now’s an amazing time to start your grind in the game.

The Evil Within 2, a sequel to the horror-thriller game offers a totally different experience for users. With its impressive attention to detail and spectacular beasts and jump scares the game is as good as it gets for enthusiasts wanting to have a good scary time.

Moving on to our third game for this month, Get Even is a psychological puzzle and thriller game with its ambitions close to that of The Evil Within 2. Yet it appeals to a totally different genre of people. The nail-biting adventure in a thrilling world full of plot twists, Get even ads depth to the PS Now lineup and is definitely a worthy contender for thriller games.

With so many people at home and not many to have a worthwhile gaming device, PS Now offers a nice getaway for folks trying to have a good time. Having a library of over 800 titles from across Sony’s arsenal of games over these decades is just the cherry on top.

Rainbow Six Siege Goes Back In The 20s For The Grand Larceny Event

0

Rainbow Six Siege is getting a brand new event that takes place in the 20s based off of the gangsters of the early 20th century. The Grand Larceny Event brings brand new outfits for many of the operators of the game with the likes of Maverick, Hibana and many more. Players will have the chance to dress up 10 of their favourite operators with brand new threads fit for the 20s themed occasion.

Moreover, the event brings a brand new game mode for players. Based off of the old Hereford Base map with various adjustments the new mod takes the 5v5 arena to a whole new level. With various safes stashed around the map, the defenders are to defend their possessions while the attackers would do anything it takes to have it all.

Oh, and did I tell you that its a shotgun only mode? As a cherry on top Ubisoft has taken the destructive environment a notch up as well. This means that floors, walls, furniture and everything are now destructible. Players with the help of their short-ranged shotguns can gang up on their opponents, break ceilings and much more.

The custom-tailored defenders’ Echo, Maestro, Kaid, Wamai, and Warden look sick with their new 20s flair while the attackers Amaru, Fuze, Gridlock, Hibana, and Maverick are no less. Players would automatically change outfits when playing The Stolen Goods mode.

Nevertheless, Ubisoft has made them lootable for general use through Grand Larceny Packs. The packs are to be achieved through the completion of game quests or of course, could be bought from the store through credits.

Players will be able to acquire the Roaring Riches bundles during the event, which includes the Deco Artistry signature weapon skin and the Crafted Six charm as well. However, this is a limited-time event and would wrap up on May 19th.

With more and more content added to Rainbow Six Siege, the game looks better than ever before and would surely make its player base’s time in self-isolation worthwhile.

CS: GO Update Brings Overhaul To The Kill Feed & Various Tweaks

Valve’s been on the move with CS: GO lately with a series of updates after the end of the Operation Shattered Web. The game has received a ton of updates as compared to previous times. This update, however, brings a brand new kill feed for every mode in the game. Now the kill feed was in fact updated once before introducing flash assists for players as a neat little detail however the CS: GO devs have gone all out this time.

The new kill feed features icons for blind kills, no scopes, kills through smokes and all those make it through on a single line. Considering how often these sort of events take place in the game makes it special with some recognition on the kill feed.

Furthermore, the update adds a 1v1 arena for warmup in wingman games on inferno. Valve has previously added these arenas in various maps for wingman like vertigo and overpass etc. Inspired by community-based modes this is definitely a step towards the right direction with Valve listening more and more to its player base than ever.

Counter-Strike has always been the neglected child in Valve’s arsenal of video games but thanks to some serious competition from Project A also known as Valorant things have been on a swift roll for CS: GO. This new patch also brings countless bug fixes on the new Chlorine map with added adjustments like adding fences, changing ambient lighting and much more.

One more thing that valve fixed is that “sv_pure servers” will kick clients with added files in-game directory than the host server. This was a bug exploited by the community allowing players to load in pretty much a text file that enabled them to have a serious advantage over opponents in terms of audio.

It’s definitely a bit new for Valve to bring so many updates in just a course of a few weeks and players can’t be happier for sure. For complete patch notes click here.

The Last Of Us 2 Has “Gone Gold”, Says Naughty Dog Vice President In A Video Message

The Last of Us 2 is set to release later this summer and only a few weeks remain for arguably the most anticipated game of 2020. Neil Druckmann, Vice President took this time to make a special video message for fans to give his take on the whole Last of Us 2 leaking fiasco and basically an insight on what’s next.

First off Neil explained that the delay of the game from the original release date due to this pandemic not only allowed Naughty Dog to polish it even more but add such intense depth like never before in a video game produced by them. As for the leaked details about the game, he stated that the game is so much more than what seems and you’d have to play it to know.

Moreover, he thanked fans for having such patience and keeping up with Naughty Dog for all these years and finally only a few weeks set them apart from what is the most ambitious game by the award-winning team at Naughty Dog.

The fact that the game was teased for over 4 years definitely shows how long Naughty Dog has spent working on this game and the fact that they’ve been following this perfectionist slogan since the start has fans in awe. What seems to be the greatest game on the PS4 is on its way and discs have begun production, the PlayStation store has begun with the executables. The game itself is set to release on June 19th and with a little over a month between its release the hype cant be better.

In these times of distress the team at Naughty Dog has further polished the game and as stated by Neil himself the atmosphere, mechanics, layering and so much more of the game is just too good and too exciting. All we can do now is wait and wait we shall.
