On what occasion Does Usopp Use Haki?
The moment Usopp used Haki was one of the numerous great moments in One Piece’s anime.
Still, anyone who has just got into the show won’t suppose so, given how out of place he was in the morning.

Haki isn’t a commodity anyone can have, it has to be learned and learned roundly.
And for straw headdresses, whose coming stop was the New World, they had no choice but to learn it, or they wouldn’t survive.
With Luffy, Sanji, and Zorro’s literacy, it made indeed more sense as they were the main fighters of the crew.

But as we said before, Haki can’t be learned fluently, and one must go through rigorous training to learn.

But just similar to every event in One Piece, each event is interlinked, and they lead to some other chain of events.
