Apple revealed their new lineup of iPhones a few days ago. Apple’s new lineup of iPhones consist of the iPhone XS, XS Max and iPhone XR. All three of these phones cater their set of specific iPhone users. However, what’s impressive about their new lineup of smartphones is their new processing capabilities that we detailed about a while ago.
Basically, with these new iPhones, Apple has finally integrated the power of machine learning into their new A12 Bionic SoC. Dubbed as the neural engine, Apple’s new iPhone can now enhance the images you take with your new iPhone. Just like it’s Android competition, the new set of iPhones can now recognize subjects and improve the images taken from these new iPhones. In fact, Apple takes a step further with the iPhone XR going right against Google. With the help of machine learning, the iPhone XR, Apple has made portrait photography possible with the iPhone XR despite the lack of a second camera.
This these new iPhones are harnessing the power of machine learning, I personally am stoked to see what Apple has in store for these new iPhones especially when Google’s busy setting the benchmarks for smartphone photography with AI.
