Karan Johar is keeping the tradition of Malayalam films alive with his latest announcement. This time around, he has partnered up Fox Star Studios for acquiring Hindi/Tamil/Telugu rights to Film Hridayam which will be released in 2020

Hridayam, a romantic drama featuring two of India’s most famous actors (Keralite Mohanlal and southern superstars Nagavalli) has been met with rave reviews by critics. The movie was released on January 21st, 2022 to mostly positive feedback from viewers who praised its cast chemistry as well as a storyline that touched upon tough issues like mental health in an engaging format
The film is directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan and Hesham Abdul Wahab, who also composed its music. On the technical front, Viswajith Odukkathil handled cinematography while editing was done by Ranjan Abraham for this beautiful yet subtle movie that will leave you emotional at times!
