Stranger Things Season 4: Trailer, Release Date Confirmed? Amazing Cast, and All the Information

Stranger Things has continuously been one of the most-watched television programmes since its Netflix debut in 2016. The Duffer Brothers’ original series blends 80s nostalgia with suspense narrative to create an engaging series that pays a lot of respect to classics by authors like Stephen King and Steven Spielberg while also succeeding as a stand-alone, original sci-fi tale full of endearing characters.

Although there have been three seasons of Stranger Things, everyone is currently focused on Stranger Things 4. One of the most eagerly awaited new television seasons presently in development is the upcoming fourth season, and viewers are anxious to learn as much as they can about what the new episodes will cover.

Below, we’ve compiled all the information we currently have regarding Stranger Things Season 4, including episode names, casting news, and storyline summaries.

The first Stranger Things Season 4 trailer was released on February 13, 2020, to commemorate the beginning of filming. Even if it’s only a brief teaser and only features David Harbour’s Hopper, it’s still better than nothing.

Then, on May 6, 2021, a new trailer was unveiled, returning us to the Rainbow Room and giving us a hint that Eleven’s origin narrative would be expanded upon in Season 4. We received a second sneak peek of the upcoming season on August 6, 2021, which included new and old videos from the past seasons.

On September 25, 2021, a little short introduction the family that once lived in the creepy Creel House that the children explore was released. On November 6, 2021, a full trailer debuts, showing Eleven sending a letter to Mike about adjusting to life in California and her excitement for their upcoming reunion for Spring Break. Then, on April 12, 2022, yet another trailer was made available.

The COVID-19 shutdown likely had an impact on Netflix’s original strategy. The new season’s filming was only able to continue for a few months due to the pandemic, and it wasn’t until October 2020 that it could restart. Filming started in January 2020. The original plan for Stranger Things’ filming was for it to last seven months, from January to August 2020, but even then, the post-production timetable is extensive.

Strange Things Season 4 will be released in two volumes: Volume One will debut on May 27, 2022, containing episodes 1 through 7, and Volume Two will debut on July 1, 2022, with Episodes 8 and 9. Every episode of the fourth season is lengthy, according to The Duffer Brothers, but Episodes 7, 8, and 9 are comparable to feature-length films.

The entire primary cast from Stranger Things 3—Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Noah Schnapp, Caleb McLaughlin, Sadie Sink, Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, and Maya Hawke—is expected to return for the fourth instalment.

In addition, for Season 4 of Stranger Things, Priah Ferguson, Cara Buono, and Brett Gelman have been elevated to series regular status. The second teaser trailer for the new season also makes it clear that Matthew Modine will reprise his role as Martin Brenner.
