Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded: Release Date & Time, Map Changes, New Weapons, Leaks, Revealed

The Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded update is almost here, and here are all of the improvements you can expect to see in the Battle Royale with the mid-season update.

Warzone Pacific’s Season 3 Reloaded update is here, bringing game-changing updates to CoD’s battle royale. Of course, it also brings a ton of weapon balance changes, so here’s every weapon buff and nerf in Season 3 Reloaded.

Players are getting ready for this season’s Reloaded update, which has been active for about a month. This update, like each other mid-season update, will bring a slew of major changes to the game.

Warzone has just received one of its most game-changing updates ever, with the Season 3 Reloaded update bringing in the highly-requested squad HUD overhaul, the health update to Rebirth Island, reduction of the player count, and more.

Of course, not everyone is pleased with the adjustments, and according to Warzone Creative Director, some players simply want to give it their all in every lobby.

Weapon balance is always a focus for these updates, and Raven Software have adjusted almost every weapon class — buffing some underused weapons and nerfing the most popular.

However, if you want to stay ahead of the game, make sure you understand and take use of the new features included in the Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded update.

There’s a lot to take in here, from gameplay changes to new features. So, here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming up in the Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded patch.

On Wednesday, May 25, the Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded update will be available all across the world. Season 3 will be halfway completed on this date, with only 31 days left in this season’s Battle Pass.

While Raven has yet to confirm the actual release date and hour for Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded, these are the tentative release dates:

Coast of the West 9 a.m. in the United States (PT)

9 a.m. (PT) on the East Coast 12 p.m. in the United States (ET)

12 p.m. (ET); 4 p.m. (UK) (GMT)

So far, every mid-season upgrade has thrown the meta into disarray, and we can expect Season 3 Reloaded to be no different.

Assault Rifle buffs & nerfs in Warzone Season 3 Reloaded

Both Vanguard’s BAR and NZ-41 have received some major buffs in the Season 3 Reloaded update, with even more Cold War Assault Rifles hit by nerfs.

The BAR has had both its headshot multiplier buffed and its magazine size increased, so you’ll find the weapon much more forgiving. Plus, the NZ-41 now has a much more forgiving recoil pattern and higher bullet velocity, so it’ll now be a much more worthwhile pick.

Black Ops Cold War’s AK-47 will now deal less damage to the neck, and the fan-favorite XM4 has had both its damage and range nerfed. But, the Vargo 52 received a buff, so it might be the next meta pick.

While Raven hasn’t officially announced all of the improvements coming with this update, there have been numerous rumors and leaks.

Here’s what’s new in the Pacific Season 3 Reloaded update for Warzone:

Season 3 Reloaded of Warzone Pacific features a Fast Travel System.

Last season, Raven included the Redeploy Balloons, indicating that the developers aim to improve the game’s tempo, particularly how players move across the new map Caldera.

‘TheGhostOfHope,’ a reliable Call of Duty leaker, posted to Twitter to suggest that Warzone will have a quick travel system in Season 3’s mid-season update.

While there is no information on how the quick travel mechanism in Warzone will operate, we believe it will allow players to instantly teleport from one region of the map to another in exchange for money.

If the leak is accurate, it will drastically alter how Caldera is played and speed up the pacing, something Rebirth and long-time Warzone fans enjoy.

Owen Gun nerfed again in Warzone Season 3 Reloaded

Alongside nerfing the Milano 821 and the OTs 9, the Owen Gun has been nerfed once again in Warzone Season 3 Reloaded.

Its extremities damage multiplier has taken a hit, and so has its damage range. Plus, its Gorenko magazine’s fire rate has been nerfed as well, lowering its TTK. The Armaguerra has received a “Slight reduction to initial recoil,” so it may take the Owen Gun’s place for the rest of Season 3 Reloaded.

With the Season 3 Reloaded patch coming first, we already knew at least two new weapons would be added to the mix.

The H4 Blixen SMG and the Junkyard Jet Melee Weapon were both confirmed for the huge content drop, following the M1916 Marksman Rifle and the Nikita AVT Assault Rifle in the Season 3 update.

H4 Blixen SMG is a new weapon in Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded.

With Pacific Season 3 bringing the Nikita AVT and M1916 to Warzone, the Reloaded update will bring a fresh new SMG – the H4 Blixen.

Because new weapons are frequently overpowered, H4 Blixen has a good potential of becoming a meta pick.

Meanwhile, the Junkyard Jet Melee Weapon works in the same way as the others, albeit with a different animation.

There’s no way to know how this strong addition will be obtained right now, but after the Reloaded update, expect a melee-focused challenge.

Mine Cart quick transit system in Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded

Following up on some early rumors, we quickly learned that Season 3 Reloaded would have a new ‘transport system.’ Players can use subterranean mine carts to quickly traverse over Caldera thanks to 14 access sites strewn across the area.

Sniper Rifles are being countered with a new Serpentine perk.

In an interview with CharlieIntel, Warzone’s Creative Director Ted Timmins stated that the Season 3 Reloaded update will add Vanguard’s Serpentine Perk to Warzone.

When you sprint, this Perk minimizes the incoming damage from sniper rifles, giving it a direct counter to players that choose to snipe.

“I think it’s going to be extremely healthy for Warzone to allow players to have that all-important counterplay,” Ted stated why this change was made.

They also stated that after Season 3 Reloaded is live in Warzone, the Serpentine Perk will be accessible as ground loot.

Season 3 of Warzone Pacific has been reloaded, and a new Serpentine Perk is on the way.

With the Warzone Season 3 Reloaded update, a new Perk was introduced. Ted Timmins of Raven Software confirmed the rumor in an interview with CharlieIntel, stating that Vanguard’s Serpentine Perk would be coming to the BR soon.

After the release of Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded, Xbox will support Warzone on 120HZ once more.

Xbox players have been experiencing poor framerate issues since the introduction of Warzone’s Pacific upgrade last year.

Raven, on the other hand, recently turned to Twitter to provide an update on the issue.

There’s no disputing that Xbox fans will have a better experience now that they can play Warzone at 120 frames per second.

Changes to the audio and a fix for the camera lock

While there were reports that Warzone’s audio will be improved with the release of Season 3, Raven pushed for a later release.

Audio Enhancements for Footsteps As a priority, we’d like to make more audio upgrades to footsteps during the season.

Improvements to the Slide Camera Lock Our community has told us that the camera lock that can occur while sliding down a vertical fall can be annoying and result in a negative consequence in a combat engagement.

Zones of High-Value Loot Across the Map

The inclusion of high-tier treasure zones is also in the works. With the introduction of Operation Monarch LTM, we’ve already seen this applied.

This functionality will most likely be completely implemented with the Reloaded version, encouraging players to land in various locations across the map.

While exploring the map, keep an eye out for these regions. A dollar sign will be hovering over the POI to indicate these places.

Patch notes for Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded

The entire Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded patch notes were released on May 25, the same day as the update.

There’s a lot to take in before returning to BR, from the overall lobby size reduction to a widespread balance pass and even new Roze skin nerfs. The entire Warzone Season 3 Reloaded patch notes can be found here.
