The housekeeper filed a lawsuit against Anthony in Brooklyn Federal Court alleging that he made her work up to 80 hours a week without paying overtime. The housekeeper suffered because the former couple, although having a $500M income, underpaid their maid and insisted that she work additional hours.

After several months of discussions, Anthony came to an understanding and offered to pay his old maid $500K, and the lawsuit was resolved in 2019.
