PIC SCROOGE
The film is directed by Stephen Donnelly and features re-imagined songs from the late two-time Oscar and Grammy winner Leslie Bricusse which are arranged and produced by Jeremy Holland-Smith.
The film portrays a time-traveling and musical adaptation of Charles Dickens’ Christmas story. Scrooge has put every soul online but has one Christmas Eve left to face his past and build a better future.

A Christmas Carol showcases the story of a greedy man who refuses to use his wealth to help those in need. Scrooge is not only a hoarder but he is also rude as a result all his life he is alone and never got anyone to share feelings with. One Christmas Eve Scrooge is visited by three ghosts who force him to realize and think about his past mistakes, sad present situation, and the fate that awaits him in the future.
The journey changed Scrooge forever resulting in him being generous after realizing the errors of his ways. A Christmas Carol reflects the values during the Holidays that share good luck with those in need as it got adapted.
Dickens wrote A Christmas Carol during a period when the British were exploring Christmas traditions including carols with comparatively new customs such as Christmas cards and Christmas trees.
He was kind of influenced by the experiences of youth and by the Christmas stories of variant authors, including Washington Irving and Douglas Jerrold. Dickens wrote three Christmas stories that are before the novella and was inspired by a visit to the Field Lane Ragged School with several varieties of establishments for London’s street children.
The ultimate treatment of the poor and the ability of a selfish man to redeem himself by transforming into a sympathetic character are the prominent root of the story resulting in secularism.
Netflix’s Scrooge: A Christmas Carol featured the man who has to feature a supernatural encounter with a blue ghost in heavy chains. Scrooge’s dead business partner is bound by the memories of his life’s mistake. Ultimately Scrooge got visited by the three Christmas ghosts and the ultimate aim was to warn Scrooge got a single opportunity to change their ways before finding the same fate.
