If Raoul Max Trujillo Is Gone, What Will Happen to Mayans Mc and Taza?

Che “Taza” Romero departs the Santo Padre charter in Mayans M.C. Season 4, Episode 9, “The Calling of Saint Matthew.”

During “The Calling of Saint Matthew,” Marcus Alvarez receives an offer from Soledad and Miguel Galindo proposing a new future for the Lobos New Generation Cartel. Their plans would require the Mayans to transport a large number of drugs to assist them in raising the funds the cartel requires. Later, at the temple, Alvarez mentions the offer and declares his aim to free the Mayans from their drug addiction. To the chagrin of the other members, he also wishes to put an end to the Mayans’ conflict with the Sons of Anarchy.

Taza interrupts Alvarez’s conclusion by stating that he no longer considers Santo Padre to be his home. As a result, he asks to be permitted to become a nomad, which effectively makes him a general member of the club with no specific charter. EZ Taza is encouraged to go by Reyes, who says he doesn’t want someone next to him who isn’t invested in the team. Taza’s plea is granted by Alvarez, and the Mayans bid him farewell.

Season 1, Episode 1 of Mayans M.C., “Perro/Oc,” introduces the character. Taza is played by Raoul Max Trujillo, who will play Conrad Carapax/Carapax the Indestructible Man in the next Blue Beetle film from the DC Extended Universe. He appears in 38 episodes of Mayans M.C., according to the credits.

Taza’s life has been a whirlwind throughout the last few seasons with Mayans M.C. Taza assassinated fellow Mayan member Michael Ariza to exact revenge on the Vatos Malditos Motorcycle Club, sparking a massive conflict. At the end of Season 3, Taza confessed to the crime, causing a rift between himself and Bishop. On the other hand, Taza saved Bishop’s life in last week’s episode of Mayans M.C., “The Righteous Wrath of an Honorable Man,” prompting the former to notify the latter that he’d officially paid his due to him.

Mayans M.C. Season 4’s first nine episodes are now available to watch online. Season 4’s last episode, “When the Breakdown Hits at Midnight,” will air on June 14. Elgin James was in charge of directing that episode.

If this is the end of the road for him, he will be the second important character to leave the Mayan world in the last two seasons. Remember, we said farewell to Coco not long ago; at least, in this case, we’re dealing with someone who could return at any time.

Trujillo’s departure would be a major setback at this point. He’s one of the Mayans who’s been around since the beginning, and his departure would mark a significant transition for the club as a whole. They’ve seen it with EZ’s rapid rise through the ranks to where he is today, as well as his determined character and desire to seek justice and/or answers in whatever way he sees fit. This isn’t the same character we met previously in the series, and his murder of Gaby is proof that he’ll go to any length to get what he wants.
