The Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar, a close aide of the leader Lawrence Bishnoi has claimed responsibility for Sidhu Moosewala’s murder.
Goldy Brar, a Canadian gangster, and associate of Lawrence Bishnoi has taken responsibility for the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala.
His module in Punjab carried out this attack on behalf of his boss with help from another criminal organization based out East Coast India.

The police say that eight men wearing masks and carrying AK- 94 rifles attacked Moosewala. Three of them were found at the crime scene with bullets from these firearms, which is rare in Punjab!
Hours after the shooting, police officials were quick to point out that it is most likely an inside job. They suspect the involvement of gangsters in recent ransom calls made by them (the criminals) towards singers and actors from the Punjabi film industry who have been targeted recently.
The opposition in the state has been questioning whether or not there is an adequate law enforcement presence to maintain order.

The BJP’s Delhi leader, Manjinder Singh Sirsa has raised questions over leaked orders of withdrawal from 424 people’s security. He said on Twitter that making this list public was dangerous and could lead to danger for those whose names were included in it
He also added: “This is not right; we need more protection as citizens!”
Intelligence agencies have reportedly linked Lawrence Bishnoi, a notorious gangster from Punjab province in India, and Goldy Brar (a Canadian citizen) to the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala.
The Punjab government’s decision to withdraw two men provided by him and his death has been reported as murder, though no reason has yet been established for why it happened.
The dead man is said to be Moose Wala, who according to the reports was injured by more than 30 rounds. He has been taken out of commission at the civil hospital where he will remain until his condition becomes clearer in regards on whether or not it’s life-threatening.”

Moose Wala is a famous singer in the region who had joined Congress last year and unsuccessfully contested elections from the Mansa constituency, losing to Aam Aadmi Party’s Dr Vijay Singla. The 28-year-old singer came under fire for songs that were thought by many people to promote gun culture or violence but he claimed they are just entertainment!
Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann expressed condolences to the family of Sidhu Moose Wala, while stating that the guilty won’t be spared. “I am Shocked and Deeply saddened by the gruesome murder of Siddhu Moosewala. Nobody involved will be spared. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and his fans across the world. I appeal to everyone to stay calm,” Mann tweeted.
The opposition has launched an all-out attack on the Aam Aadmi Party government, blaming it for Moose Wala’s killing. The Bharatiya Janata Party called this ‘state-sponsored murder’ and even though they were nowhere near as blunt in their statement about what happened to MrImportant personage who lost his life at our hands – we cannot let such rhetoric go unchallenged!
