The Fourth Kingdom Hearts Game Was Announced During the 20th-anniversary Celebration.

The Trailer for Kingdom Hearts IV Was Just Revealed and It Looks Awesome!

In an event celebrating twenty years of this iconic series, Square Enix revealed that there will be a new installment. You can watch the trailer embedded above to get excited about it all over again before its release next year- and we’re done here too because who has time?

The trailer doesn’t immediately start with Kingdom Hearts IV— it also includes clips from the newly announced mobile game, so you’ll have to skip ahead about 4 minutes for a glimpse at this next generation of gaming.

When the trailer opens, we see Sora waking up inside an apartment with what appears to be a large Heartless walking in front of him. He quickly draws out his key blade and begins parkouring across town towards this creature before finally grappling against it at one point during their battle which ends successfully for our protagonist but not without leaving us aware that there are more enemies around waiting just off camera so you can’t tell who wins until they do! After victory though comes inevitable facebook

But wait–it gets worse

The graphics in this trailer look a lot more real than previous ones. The art style is much different, with critics noting that it looks like something out of paintings or oil drums instead of the traditional Disney-style character design we’ve come to know and love from Kingdom Hearts III so far

Is one thing worth mentioning about these images though? There’s also a new addition: Strelitzia! She seems pretty important based on how many times she appears throughout our viewing pleasure duration (which was just over two minutes.)

Sora makes a triumphant return with an updated look at the beginning of an epic new storyline titled the “Lost Master Arc.” Beginning with Sora facing off in a boss battle against a giant enemy, players are introduced to the Quadratum, a large, expansive city set in a gorgeous, realistic world unlike anything ever seen before in the KINGDOM HEARTS series. Fans will be excited to see the return of Sora’s well-known companions Donald and Goofy, in addition to the first appearance of Strelitzia, a mysterious new character who appears before Sora in this strange new setting.

Kingdom Hearts fans have been waiting for years to find out more about the long-awaited fourth installment in this popular game series. Finally, it seems like they will get their wish soon as Square Enix announced that a closed beta launch is coming soon with Android and iOS versions available in “specific regions” this August!
