Huawei has been a big contender to many brands in the smartphone industry. The Chinese company is yet to release its next phone in its series, the P20 and the P20 Lite. Fans expect the P20 to bring some ground-breaking improvements based off of previous leaks. However it seems like we’ve got a hold of some news regarding the cheaper P20 Lite from a leaked launch video.
Recently, a video of the P20 Lite has appeared online that claims to be the P20 Lite’s official launch video. The video teases and showcases almost everything you would find in the P20 Lite. Taking a closer look at the video revealed no suspicious receptions. This leads us to believe that the leaked video could actually be an official video of the P20 Lite that fans are eager for.
Based off of the video, here’s what we could find of the P20 Lite.
- FHD+ 2160 x 1080 Display
- 2.5D Shimmering Glass Back
- Rear mounted fingerprint scanner
- Android 8.0 Oreo (out of the box)
- 16MP + 2MP dual camera setup at its rear
- Metal trims
- iPhone X-like notch
- Dual cameras at the front of the device
- Huawei’s 2nd-gen fast charging technology
- No headphone jack (?)
While Huawei doesn’t advertise their internals as much, the device seems to be a well-rounded device overall which is excellent. Considering that this is the P20 Lite and not a device from Huawei’s sub-brand, Honor, we could expect the device to be priced a bit higher compared to their Honor 7X and the competition.
