At that time they only revealed the news with a picture of Cardi B sitting on a hospital bed with their newborn baby and Offset standing beside her. The picture shows that both parents are looking at the baby very lovingly.
The couple was waiting for the right moment to reveal their baby’s name and face. Cardi B posted their 7-month-old baby boy’s picture on her Instagram handle. She captioned it with different emojis. She also revealed the name of the boy. The baby boy’s name is Wave. Fans are gushing over the pictures of Wave.
Later on, She went on Twitter and revealed how she named their son. She wrote that after the gender was revealed they started throwing names around. As per the TMZ news, the 30-year-old rapper Offset is the one who suggested the name Wave.
Cardi B said she was hooked on this name. But they faced difficulty while choosing the baby’s middle name. Cardi’s middle name is “Marlens”. And the couple thought of giving the baby Maiden as the middle name. But Cardi B was not happy with this idea. So the Migos rapper suggested “Set” as the middle name.
Because Offset is known among the friend as Set. Sp Cardi B and her husband Offset named the kid Wave Set Cephus. However, the kid is already having the test of his parents’ famous name as the couple has already bought a wave-shaped diamond pendent neckless for him worth $200k along with diamond studs.
