Several important leaks occurred during the build-up to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, including a half-hour of gameplay video and a mystical boss battle. Its most recent unofficial overstatement has been no less leaky. The leak revealed some information, including the name Dawn of Ragnarök, and now, via Chinese stores, we have images, more details, and a potential release date of March 11.
The fact that this leak could be a potential light-bearer for those following the said updates, as the date of release from the leak aligns with another leaker’s claim of “a massive DLC expansion coming in March 2022.”
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla DLC Leak (No Spoilers)
This new DLC is dubbed “Dawn of Ragnarok,” as previously speculated, and according to Ubisoft—via the leaked information—it’s “biggest ambitious expansion pack” in the franchise’s history.
The developers suggested in a tweet advertising Ubisoft’s Live Event that there is “more to see than Midgard in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla,” which looks to be a huge clue that whatever the publisher is showing off won’t be located on plain old Earth. That seems like a new expansion set in, could it be, we don’t know, a new, mythologically inspired realm?

As a result, it appears that the next DLC inclusion will be heavily focused on Norse Mythology, transporting players to the Nine Realms, specifically the Wat Alheim, home of the dwarves. This DLC also appears to provide new lightning-related power for players.
Assassins Creed DLC: Dawn Of Ragnarok
The Siege of Paris was the most recent significant DLC pack for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, which our reviewer enjoyed despite a few new concepts not working out so well and being “a more mechanics-focused game.” According to this fresh leak, the next expansion will be dubbed “Dawn of Ragnarok” as previously anticipated – and will be released on March 10, 2022.
All of these elements are set to be revealed today in an official announcement for Dawn of Ragnarok, along with the game’s massive 78GB patch – which completes the rewriting of Valhalla and adds new stealth and difficult choices.
