Samsung’s less than a week away from revealing the next big thing. With fans anticipating Samsung’s reveal, it seems like Samsung themselves left a hole open in their unpacked app.
Recently, a user on reddit decided to dig into the apps internals to find some data regarding the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus, and so he did! Within his hunt for the Samsung Galaxy S9, the reddit user uncovered the four colors of the Samsung Galaxy S9. Alongside that, since the app shows how the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus would look like in AR, we could have a full glimpse of how the front and back of the S9 and S9 Plus looks like.
XDA reported that the reddit user had to do some serious digging and bypassing to get to the actual 3D models as the 3D models are actually stored on Samsung’s website rather than on the app. To get to the actual 3D models store on Samsung’s website, the reddit user had to modify the app and proxy through Samsung’s website to download the 3D models. Making it out safely, the reddit user has a ton of screenshots to share of what the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus would look like.
Now that we have our best official look at the S9 and S9 Plus yet, we could be assured that the purple Samsung Galaxy S9 would come to reality by next week.
