Just like Microsoft, it seems like Sony is also releasing two new consoles. The PlayStation 4 Slim is the slimmer version of the PlayStation 4 and it is Sony’s answer to Microsoft’s Xbox One S. And later on, Sony may also release the heavily rumored PlayStation 4 Neo, which is Sony’s answer to Microsoft’s Project Scorpio.
UK Retailer CEX Leaks the Price of PlayStation 4 Slim

Well, recently, we saw the PlayStation 4 Slim getting unboxed and pictured. But now, we’re seeing the price of PlayStation 4 Slim getting leaked by a U.K retailer, called CEX. CEX is a used-goods retailer situated in the U.K.
As you can see here, the price of PlayStation 4 Slim is listed on CEX for £380. If this price is real, then on the release day, the price of PlayStation 4 Slim would be £380 on CEX.
If you have a PlayStation 4 Slim lying around and you want to sell it, CEX will buy it from you for £304. Early copies of Uncharted 4: A Theif’s End were also sold on CEX before the release of the game.
The price of PlayStation 4 Neo also got leaked on Amazon Spain. However, it turned out that it was just a mistake and the price was actually for the PSVR. So yeah, this could very well be a mistake or just a placeholder.
The price does make sense. Currently, you can grab an Xbox One S 2TB for like £470-£500. So yeah, £380 for a 500GB PlayStation 4 Slim isn’t bad. Also, there is no title image on PlayStation 4 Slim’s page on CEX. Chances are that this could be fake, so take it with a pinch of salt.
PlayStation 4 Slim Specifications

Not many details about the specifications of the PlayStation 4 Slim are out yet. But it is expected that it supports the same features as the Xbox One S does, such as 4K-movie & HDR. Its actual specifications are still unknown, though.
PlayStation 4 Slim Release Date
According to many reliable sources, the PlayStation 4 Slim is rumored to release worldwide on September 14th, 2016, just a week after the “PlayStation Meeting“. And by the way, Sony is expected to reveal the PlayStation 4 Neo at their meeting on September 7th, 2016.
