Snapmaker, a digital manufacturer, recently attended CES 2023, the world’s most influential technology event, which took place in Las Vegas, Nevada, from January 5 to 8. In addition, Snapmaker’s Snapmaker Artisan has been selected as an Honoree for the CES 2023 Innovation Awards.
The Consumer Technology Association (CTA)® runs the annual CES Innovation Awards program, which recognizes outstanding design and engineering in 28 categories of consumer technology products. This year, out of more than 2100 submissions, Snapmaker Artisan stands out due to its superior quality and performance as well as its upgraded modular design.
The most recent model of Snapmaker’s three-in-one 3D printer, the Snapmaker Artisan, features an innovative quick-swap design, a 300°C dual extrusion 3D printing module, a 10W high power laser module, a 200W CNC cutting module, a huge 400 x 400 x 400 work area, and 300°C dual extrusion 3D printing module. Artisan can go beyond the capabilities of a modular fabrication tool thanks to the enhanced functions.
J1 was also brought to the show by Snapmaker. Two extruders make up the Snapmaker J1 High-Speed IDEX 3D Printer, which can print at speeds of up to 350 mm/s. It successfully drew thousands of visitors to the site with its impressive printing performance and intricate hardware design.
Besides the new products, it’s notable that popular 3D printing content creator Joel Telling (3D Printing Nerd) came to the show and stopped by the Snapmaker booth to talk about Artisan and J1.
