EA’s “Black” Last-Gen FPS Shooter may land on the PS4 as a PS2 Re-Release

Black is an FPS Game launched back in 2006 for all major consoles, the PS2 and the Original Xbox. The game received a respectable 8.7 from IGN for its impressive graphics and cinematic gameplay at the time.

It is rumored that the last-gen Black will also arrive on the Playstation 4 as a backwards-compatible game. Redditor also shows off a screen taken from the PSN Store on the Playstation 4.

The game really seems to be unpolished with not a lot of details provided on the PS Store. The game will be about a 1GB large. The game will cost a decent $14.99. Here’s some gameplay

    FYI – it’s not “backwards compatible” if you have to re-purchase it. It’s more like “virtua console”.

    • I agree, but also because by definition it is simply not bc.. neither the ps4 nor the xb1 have true BC… good features sure, but they are not backwards compatability.
