Hunter X Hunter, a Much-loved Manga, is Returning After 4 Years!

Created by Yoshihiro Togashi, Hunter x Hunter is about a boy named Gon and his journey as a hunter.

Hunters are licensed super citizens with access to personal information and the privilege of hunting unique animals and individuals of interest.

Gon’s perilous trek is filled with death-defying struggle and heartache in hopes of meeting his missing father Jin.

I might embellish it a bit, but know that Goku from Dragon Ball Z has nothing to do with Jin when it comes to crappy parenting. I discovered that he was a friend I made along the way.

Shueisha announced Tuesday that Yoshihiro Togashi’s manga Hunter X Hunter will be returning for the first time in about four years in this year’s 47th issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump.

November 2018 The serialization has been suspended since then, and the serialization will resume for the first time in 3 years and 11 months.

Viz  Media  Announces A New Chapter.

Additionally, Viz Media has announced that a new chapter will be sim-published in the English version of Shonen Jump on October 23 (EDT), adding previous chapters of the manga to the magazine’s digital vault.

Shueisha also previewed the cover (shown on the right) of the 37th volume of the manga, the first volume of the manga in four years. The volume will be mailed on November 4th. The manga currently has 10 chapters (381-390), not yet been published in edited book volumes.

At the time, he was teasing that he had completed seven (initially six) manuscripts out of those ten chapters. He has since continued to update his account while teasing about the chapter’s progress. He did not disclose when the chapter will debut.

This comic resumed its previous hiatus in September 2018 after going on hiatus in April 2018. The manga was put on hiatus in September 2017, and Togashi announced that he planned to resume the series by the end of the year. The manga was then resumed in January 2018.

Togashi published a manga in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 1998.

The manga has inspired two animated television series, two animated films, and several original video anime titles. Shueisha released volume 36 of the manga in October 2018. Viz Media released volume 36 in North America in August 2019.

Second of the manga to premiere in Japan in 2011 The TV animation adaptation ran for 148 episodes. The final episode premiered in 2014.

Crunchyroll streamed the series when it aired in Japan. The series started over from Togashi’s original manga story, in which Gon Freaks strives to become a hunter so that he could find his father, and to become a hunter when his father is a baby. Followed by also finding out the reason why he abandoned him.
