Galaxy S7 Active Officially Announced By Samsung
Finally, Samsung announced its flagship rugged version of Galaxy S7, the Galaxy S7 Active. It will go on sale by June 10. It will be exclusively available on AT&T. Fortunately, its price will be same as Galaxy S7 Edge. Using AT&T Next month plan, it only cost $26.5 per month and Next Year Plan it only cost $33.13 respectively. Price of free-sim model is still not confirmed. This rugged version is available in three colors that are Sandy Gold, Titanium Gray and Camo Green.
As for specifications, it is quite interesting that it is different from rumored specifications. Galaxy S7 Active features a 5.1-inch Quad HD display and it is shatter-proof. It has Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage, a fingerprint scanner and a 4000mAh battery. For being rugged, it has passed US military standard 810G tests. It also has dust and water resistant ratings of IP-68.
