Finally, after 25 years of soul hackers release, Atlas has announced a sequel of soul hackers, named soul hacker 2. In a recent tweet, Atlas has informed us about this game’s release date via a tweet.
Atlas has finally announced and officially revealed Soul hackers two release date on the 25th-anniversary celebration. Soul Hacker will be the follow-up of the prequel of the same game initially launched in 1997 for Sega Saturn. This new game is widely famous as the Japanese Megami Tensei series. The game will be officially launched in Japan on August 25, 2022 and on August 26, 2022, in North America and Europe. Atlas is the owner of this game. Eiji Ishida and Misturu Hirata will produce and direct the upcoming JRPG title. It will be available on multiple platforms. The RPG format will be available on Steam on Aug 28, 2022
Earlier, Atlas was not confirmed about the game though he was talking about it through a premotional website; now that website has become official, for Soul hackers 2.
It is very uncommon for an RPG game like Soul Hackers 2 to announce its release date publicly. It’s also scarce for a JPG game like Soul Hacker to launch a sequel after so long. The trailer is available

The trailer has not revealed the entire game. It has only shown some glimpse of the story, various characters, and some different systems.

Atlas has confirmed that soul hacker will be released in Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox series X/S and PC this August. The developer has made sure that players can enjoy this game on any device with high quality.
The Price and Pre Edition Bonus for the players:
According to the developer, the game’s standard edition will be available for $86 for PC, Play Station 4, Play Station 5, and Xbox series. The game will be available for 9,878 Yen in Japan.
The Soul Hacker 2: 25 the Anniversary edition will only be available in Play Station 4 and 5. The game will cost around 17,380 Yen in Japan and $156 worldwide. The limited-edition will include some special characters, a DVD, and a particular book regarding the game.
The Storyline:
Soul Hacker 2 is set in the Shin Megami Tensai universe. It follows a new storyline in which the world faces apocalypse, and two agents of Aion, Ringo, and Figure, fight to stop the destruction to happen.
The Duo will track down slain devil summoners, human summoning devils, and commanding demons using the soul tracking ability.
Right now Atlas has not made the game available in Nintendo switch. However, the prequel was very hit in Nintendo Switch. So gamers can hope that the game will be available in Nintendo switch. For now, the game will be available in Stream Deck.
