The official FF7 Remake PC release date has gone, but fans remain perplexed about the Final Fantasy VII Intergrade Epic Games shop pricing and features. Because of the game’s first suggested pricing, there has been a lot of internet debate over it. However, due to fan outcry, the expense has been disguised.
FF7 Remake on PC
It’s a jewel of a game for both newbies and long-time Square Enix fans, and it’ll be available later today.
We first learned about the remake at Sony’s E3 presentation in 2015, but details on its progress were limited for years after.
The remake has been available on PS4 and PS5, and now, after over two years of anticipation, it has been launched on PC as well.
Requirements to Play FF7 Remake
Final Fantasy 7 Remake is so large compared to the original that it requires two Blu-ray discs on PS4 only for the first episode. Square Enix is replicating the original game in a series of installments. This initial section takes place fully in Midgar, whereas the original game requires you to leave the city after 5-10 hours of play.
You can play the game smoothly if:
- Windows 10 is the operating system (64-bit)
- Intel Core i5-3330 or AMD FX-8350 processor.
- 8 GB RAM
- Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 or AMD Radeon RX 480 graphics card.
- 3 GB of virtual memory
- Version 12 of Direct X.
- 100 GB of storage space is available.
Square Enix has not stated when the second portion of the game will be released, although it is already under development. It does feel a little like the pattern of movie series concluding with a finale divided into two different films.
What’s in the remake?
The Final Fantasy 7 remake is more than simply a cosmetic improvement.
Director Tetsuya Nomura told Wired that “we’re not trying for this to become a one-to-one recreation or simply the original Final Fantasy 7 with better visuals.“

Nomura goes on to say that there are several significant story aspects that he believes should not be disrupted due to players’ commitment to them. “I want to make it relevant to the present period while also adding an element of surprise.” He states. “I don’t want to modify it so much that it’s unrecognizable, but I do want it to be something fresh and new [while being] recognized as FF7.”
Your “ATB meter” will fill up as you fight. When you fill up sections of the meter, you may utilize them to activate a tactical mode that pauses time so you can launch special attacks or use potions.
What’s Included in the DLC?
Three summons are included in the DLC: Carbuncle, Chocobo Chick, and Cactuar. A carbuncle can produce defensive barriers and heal the party, Chocobo Chick can cast many elemental spells, and Cactuar can unleash the terrifying 1000 Needles assault.
The player can use the summon Materia right when it’s unlocked, but they won’t be able to wear any of them until Chapter 2. The Midgar Bangle, Shinra Bangle, and Corneo Armlet armor, as well as the Superstar Belt, Mako Crystal, and Seraphic Earrings accessories, are among the DLC items available.
