According to Trusted Reviews, this news regarding the 2022 Laptop is getting a lot of attention. It is being told that Google’s Flagship Pixelbook Laptop Will Not Come in 2022. At the Qualcomm Conference in London, and Chrys Tsolaki was invited to talk about Chromebooks. In the same event, the brand’s Retail Manager let out that there is not going to be another rendition to Google’s 2019 Pixelbook Go in 2022.
It was also told that it is not sure that the production would entirely stop. There could be more Pixelbook’s in the future but not in 2022. Also, just to calm the anxiety there could be another laptop that could release by Google in 2022 in place of Pixelbook. So, in a way, this is a turmoil for those who expected the release.
Back in 2017, when Pixelbook was launched it was welcomed with open arms being the first of its kind to run on ChromeOS itself. However, due to limiting specs of the Ultrabook, the sales never went as expected and the models could still be purchased at heavy discounts.
Since it was a flagship model, those who needed a laptop of the brand, put their money in. ChromeOS itself is a lightweight Operating System with operational and development features.
Although Chrome OS is not a popular concept and hardcore users generally prefer to take a pass on it. So, since the sales didn’t meet the brand’s expectations in 2017, Google decided to launch an improvised version of the laptop which still worked on Chrome OS. This laptop, Pixelbook Go was advertised as a perfect laptop notebook model for students.
Light in weight, compact, slim, cloud-based apps, flagship, and cost-efficient. However, those who were on the lookout for laptops around the COVID times preferred to choose high-performance laptops, which were affordable as prices went down.
The concept of external SSD’s took out as youtube influencers started promoting and the users were thus tempted to spend less on the model and more on the external hardware thus rendering a more powerful setup.
