Rumors and renders have been emerging ever since Samsung first released the Samsung Galaxy S20 series earlier this year. With the company announcing their latest Note 20 series of series this month, all eyes are set on Samsung’s lite flagships that are supposedly being dubbed with FE.
In a series of leaks by Evan Blass, Samsung has finally revealed some incredible renders of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, revealing the design language, features and more.
According to the leak, it seems like the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is going to come in six radically unique colors. Obviously, like most launches we could expect a lot of these colors to be exclusively be sold in certain regions. However, given the renders, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE doesn’t look half bad.
While the inclusion of such a device does look unnecessary, it seems like Samsung’s confidently sticking with their decision on consistently releasing Lite versions of their flagships. As the name suggest, the FE is going to sit right under the entry-level Samsung Galaxy S20, featuring the Exynos 990, 8GB RAM, upto 256GB of internal storage and more. Furthermore, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is said to come to a 6.5-inch 120Hz Super AMOLED display, albeit at 1080p, but an amazing inclusion overall.
While pricing for the FE hasn’t been made public, we’d be surprised to see if the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE retails for anything above $700 given how the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite was priced. Furthermore, the lack of any information regarding the Qualcomm variant of the phone suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE may yet again be a phone that may never make its way to the North American market officially.
