Fortnite’s Playground LTM Makes A Comeback, Servers Are Now Live

Oh boy, has it been a long weekend. Last week, the long awaited mode, Playground, launched and was quickly pulled back by the folks over at Epic Games. Due to the limited resources, their servers became exhausted of all the players flocking the new limited time mode.

A week later, and it seems like Epic is back up and has announced that the mode has made a comeback. Players can now enjoy a personal server and squad up with their friends to practice and have some fun. The mode has been met with enthusiasm over on Reddit and it shows that the close communication Epic Games has made with their players had paid off.

The folks over at Epic Games are recommending users to change their region to “auto-select” to reduce their waiting times. A full postmortem update has been promised and is due to be published by the folks over at Epic later this week giving users and insight of the comeback and why the mode has been cut off shortly after it launch.
