Among Us has become one of the most popular multiplayer games in recent years, now and Among Us, VR has been officially confirmed.
Schell Games is developing a social deception game, which will be released on a variety of VR platforms. The makers of the highly praised I Foresee You To Die series are also behind the VR adaptation of the game.
Among Us, VR is the first 3D experience, as opposed to the game’s previous third-person and 2D-based versions. Regardless, the game is said to retain the “core mechanics” of Innersloth’s original multiplayer game. Release Date
UPDATE 9th June 2022: According to the game’s Steam listing, the Among Us VR game will be available in the Holiday of 2022, implying that it will be available during the Christmas season.
Gameplay Trailer
The creators of the heavily anticipated VR adaptation of the popular cooperative deduction game Among Us, Schell Games, Innersloth, and Robot Teddy, have revealed new information about the game, as well as a new gameplay trailer. The upcoming VR release will include a personalized gameplay system, multiple locomotion options, and proximity voice chat.
In Among Us VR, which is set to launch this Christmas on Meta Quest and PC VR headsets, you’ll work with other players to complete a variety of specialized tasks to prepare a futuristic flying saucer ready for takeoff.
