Of Course, Jamie Lee Curtis Would Star in a Marvel Film, Know the Latest Updates

Jamie Lee Curtis, who has previously made fun of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, reportedly remarked that she wouldn’t mind in the slightest playing a part in any comic book movie.

“As an organization, I have nothing against Marvel. In a recent interview with People, Curtis stated, “I’ve seen a lot of Marvel movies. Then she clarified some remarks she made in May.

What I was referring to is that Everything Everywhere At Once was a small film that was able to portray a multiverse story that had a profound impact on viewers. What I was attempting to convey was that a spectacle and a movie can be powerful without necessarily being a Marvel production.

Curtis continued, “Of course, I would [work with Marvel] if the job was fascinating and if I could add what I do to it. What am I supposed to do, refuse? Of course!

In a side-by-side comparison of the posters for Doctor Strange and Everything Everywhere All at Once from a few months ago, Curtis mocked Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness by labeling it a “copycat.” Is this one of those online quarrels? All I’ll say is that if the Doctor Strange strangers and we had a family quarrel, we’d SLAY them, Curtis wrote in an Instagram post.

In addition to the post, Curtis, who played the lead in the A24 multiverse movie, provided a review of the Doctor Strange sequel in which he compared it to Everything Everywhere All at Once and praised the latter for being funnier and more creative than the MCU entry. Nevertheless, it appears that Curtis is more than willing to take part in next Marvel movies if the call comes.

Jamie Lee Curtis revealed she would be open to appearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe while speaking with PEOPLE about the third and final season of her Audible podcast Letters from Camp (MCU). This comes after Curtis began making fun of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness back in May.

Curtis compared her most recent movie, Everything Everywhere All at Once, to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness in a series of Instagram photos. Both movies dealt with existential issues like being dissatisfied with how your life turned out by telling stories spanning multiple universes. The other, on the other hand, was a much smaller independent picture whereas the first was a large tentpole studio feature.

Curtis made it known on the actress’ social media that one of the two movies was unquestionably better than the other. Contrary to “other multiverse want to be movies,” Everything Everywhere All at Once had classic special effects with genuine people and real locations, would win a family feud competition, and cost less to produce than Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ whole craft survival budget.

Curtis describes herself as “a collaborating artist” who collaborates with other people on a variety of projects. Therefore, she would work with Marvel if a job was intriguing enough and she could apply what she does to it. Naturally, Curtis does not anticipate the studio contacting her once she has “kicked up some dust.” She would likewise have trouble picturing it.
