Samsung’s Galaxy Watch5 has not been released yet
Wears are not expected to come until the launch of Samsung’s fall hardware – usually sometime after August. The latest leak from leaks features detailed screenshots of the next version of Samsung’s One UI Watch 4.5 over Wear OS 3.5.

We know that the One UI Watch update will provide more bug fixes and better quality of life. We can see a new version of Wear OS and One UI Watch shortly.
