Soop: Wooga Squad
The squad consists of five members, including BTS’s V, actors Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik, Park Hyung Sik, and singer Peakboy as they first met on the sets of the show Hwarang and that marked the beginning of their close friends.
In The Soop: Friendcation, the teaser was 30-seconds long and featured the Wooga Squad taking a stroll by the sea as they chat and they pose for a group selfie. They laugh uncontrollably which depicts the close bond.
The Soop: Friendcation will follow the Wooga Squad as they spent some time away in peace on a vacation together which will last for 3 nights and 4 days and has already been shot and just the show is about to be telecast with the ongoing curiosity.
The travel reality series will show their pure bond with a pinch of personal conversations and favorite pastimes when they are with each other. The video started with a view of the sea during winters. The 30-second long clip represented Hyung-Sik who was seen running towards the water with his arms wide open saying, Wow, it’s the sea while V was seen walking behind him. One of the members then said People are going to be fooled. Another one added to that, They look like they are having fun.
The Soop is produced by the HYBE label. All the members sent out the first edition Of The Soop in 2020. They all spent a week together in the forest, bonding over food, and music and enjoying each other’s company.
The episodes presented a closer look at each member and their bond with each other which made the fans happy and excited for more shows like this. Kim Tae-Hyung has released three solo tracks with BTS: “Stigma” (2016), “Singularity” (2018), and “Inner Child” (2020) with tremendous success and as a result, each song has charted in South Korea’s Gaon Digital Chart.
V also released his first independent song outside BTS, the digital track “Scenery”. The Wooga Squad’s brotherhood is something everyone can get inspired by. Our Beloved Summer became quite a rage on Billboard Charts. Choi Woo-Shik mentioned that he did it entirely out of his friendship with him, this sweet act was appreciated.
In The Soop: Friendcation will be available on Disney Plus. In The Soop: Friendcation is in buzz with Hybe entertainment program with the bond of friendship, In the Soop.
The reality show will premiere on July 22, 2022, and air weekly on Fridays with four episodes in total and showcases the journey of BTS’ V, Choi Woo Shik, Park Seo Joon, Park Hyung Sik, and Peakboy who have been able to maintain a friendship of over a decade. Stay tuned for more updates.
