SOLO Leveling Release date Revealed, Officially Coming Back Again in 2023

For many years, terminology like manga and manhwa have ruled the graphical novel universe of this globe. The popularity of this type of Asian-inspired comic story has grown all around the world, affecting other marketing sales. And, to be more exact, the manhwa market has exploded not only in South Korea but practically worldwide. Solo Leveling or I Level Up Alone is one of the best of its kind among all the manhwas that have been scorching the top list of the manhwa globe for all these years. After a four-year journey, the manhwa has recently reached its conclusion, with 179 mind-blowing chapters. And now it’s expanding its universe with the announcement of an official Solo Leveling Anime, which will arrive sooner than planned.

The new year of 2022 has barely begun, and we’ve already received some extremely excellent news that could drive us insane. What’s more, guess what? Yes, the anime version of our favorite manhwa Solo Leveling is officially underway. In addition, the creation of the Solo Leveling anime has already begun, according to this news.

News about Solo Leveling’s Production

According to sources, an insider has confirmed that the Solo Leveling Anime is becoming official and that the release date will be announced soon on Weibo, a Chinese microblogging site. Aside from this guy, a slew of other Twitter users have chimed in on the topic, indicating that the information is 100% accurate.

If the reports are genuine, we might speculate that Studio Mir will be in charge of the production. In this context, you should be aware that Studio Mir is a South Korean animation studio best recognized for its work on popular animated programs such as The Legends of Korra and DOTA: Dragon’s Blood.

Because all fans are familiar with the events behind the manga’s adaptation into animation, they hoped that MAPPA or Ufotable would take up the production. But, given the anti-Japanese elements in this manhwa’s tale, it isn’t going to happen. Crunchyroll, an online streaming site, has adapted and licensed some webtoons, such as Tower of God and Noblesse. This time, though, that will not be the case.

Regardless, we don’t have any form of official release date or production specifics in our possession. The publishers of Solo Leveling, D&C Media, have not yet revealed any details regarding the adaptation but based on the hype, we’ll find out soon enough.

The Boyz, a world-renowned South Korean K-pop band, has been tapped to create an original OST for the upcoming Solo Leveling anime.

When Will a Solo Leveling Anime Be Released?

Though there are many manhwas out in the market, Solo Leveling has a perfect storyline and character development that one can hope to see or read about.

The story of Jin-woo has been a captivating one for many manga/manhwa readers around the world and it will be perfect to see this in an anime adaptation.

Some websites even claim that this anime adaptation has been confirmed by the publishers, but it’s totally false news.

The upcoming anime, Solo Leveling will release around March 2023 and it’s available for streaming on websites such as Crunchyroll or Funimation.

Now, in terms of the expected release date, we don’t believe the studio will be able to cover the entire plot in one season due to the length of the manhwa. Given that there will be more than one season, we may expect to see it in the fourth quarter of 2023 or the first quarter of 2023 if the studio pushes their work (without lowering the anime quality as they did with God of High School). And if the designers don’t want to keep the fans guessing and decide to reveal it all at once, then good luck with your wait; we won’t see it until the third or fourth quarter of 2023.

Solo Leveling Anime Cast?

When it comes to the cast of the program, there have been various rumors concerning the voice actor who will play Sung-Jin Woo, the anime’s main character. Some speculate that if the manhwa is adapted by a Japanese studio, the character will be voiced by Mamoru Miyano, a well-known voice actor. Mamoru Miyano is well known for his role as Light in Death Note. There have been reports that prominent voice actor Johnny Yong Bosch will be the guy for the English version of the anime. Jonny Yong Bosch is known for voicing characters such as Ichigo (Bleach), Sabo (One Piece), and Lelouch (Bleach) (Code Geass)
