The developers at Blizzard are preparing to reveal their latest World of Warcraft expansion tomorrow, but they’re doing it a little differently this time around. The reason? complications presented by the COVID-19 pandemic over recent years!
As the current expansion comes to an end, it seems that Blizzard might be preparing for its next release. The company announced during their most recent Race To World First event some new content repurposing dungeons from previous releases and adding them into Shadowlands as part of a “mythic keystone season.” This addition would traditionally occur at exactly two-year intervals but with this slight delay in scheduling, we can expect whatever will come out around October 2019 or later instead!
