Justin Bieber is “extremely concerned” about his wife Hailey Baldwin Bieber’s latest health issue.
PEOPLE previously learned that the model, 25, was hospitalized in Palm Springs, California, last Thursday for a medical issue. Hailey was brought to the hospital on Saturday with stroke-like symptoms caused by a blood clot in her brain, she subsequently disclosed in a statement.
According to a source, Justin, 28, has been struggling to cope with his wife’s illness.
On Monday, a source told People that Justin is “probably more traumatized than she is,” and that there were “a lot of anxieties” when she was brought to the hospital with stroke-like symptoms.
According to the insider, Justin “contacted everyone he knew and urged everyone to pray for her, and he never left her side.”

Later that night, Hailey posted on social media that she suffered a “very little blood clot to my brain.”
She went on to add that it caused a “loss of oxygen” in her brain, but that she recovered completely within hours.
