4K/60FPS And Slo-Mo Would Be Enabled On The Pocophone F1 If People Ask Us To – Says Pocophone Head

Xiaomi is definitely one of the biggest brands and names in the budget market. The company has announced a ton of devices over the years quenching the thirst of the mid-range market with premium-like devices.

With the launch of the Pocophone F1 earlier this week, the company recently found a chance to jump into an interview by C4ETech where they spoke about the aims that this new sub-brand has in mind. Ashwin, the host at C4ETech, asked the Head of Pocophone, Jai Mani, regarding the absence of a 60FPS option while recording in 4K and any slo-mo recording options.

He said that they would look into this and would also take note of the interest of the community if they actually value 4k/60FPS video recording as well as slo-mo video recording on their phones. If the community shows enough interest, they would enable the two options very soon in future updates.

However, given how much of the beast the Pocophone F1 is, it’s quite an itching point that they’re team overlooked these two features in the first place. Given how Jai Mani reacted to his question, it seemed like they were really unaware of a feature that should have become a standard with Snapdragon 845 SoCs by now.
