Xiaomi has just unveiled the Mi Pad 4. With the Mi Pad 4 come a host of improvements and changes and it seems to be very enticing. Being one of the areas Xiaomi hasn’t gived up on yet, Xiaomi believes that tablets are still pretty relevant to a number of people.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 packs a Snapdragon 660 SoC, upto 4GB of RAM, an 8-inch 1920 x 1200 FHD display and a 6000mAh battery. The Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 would also pack a host of Xiaomi’s AI related features too, at least for the Chinese market where Xiaomi is pushing their own Mi AI assistant.

The device packs a 13MP rear camera paired with a 5MP selfie camera assisted by Xiaomi’s AI technology that enhances images taken by the device. Additionally, the device supports 4G SIM cards and supports a single SIM only. Regarding the colors available, the device at launch, is available in pink and black only and weights 342.5g

Regarding international availability, it seems like the device should be exclusive for the Chinese market since Xiaomi has lost its interest in neighboring Asian regions. However, as usual, the device could definitely be imported from a number of Chinese websites that support international shipping. In China, the device retails for CN¥1099 which is approximately $168 at the moment. In my opinion, I think the device is amazing for the price and should definitely be on your list if you’re looking for tablet.
