The Zenfone Max Plus M1 Is Official, Asus’s Take On Affordable 18:9 Devices

Asus has been shifting their focus towards the premium market. With the company’s recent announcement regarding the Zenfone Max Plus, this could be Asus’s first take on 18:9 displays, a trend in the smartphone market.

The Zenfone Max Plus M1 would retail for under RM999. While they havent actually touted the original price of the phone, but they gave us a pretty good hint that the device would retail for under US $249 considering the recent conversion rates.

Regaring specifications, Asus hasn’t revealed much about the device itself. However, we wouldn’t expect anything high-end inside of the phone.

Considering that this would be Asus’s first take on the trend, I would suppose that they would gain valuable experience with this launch.
