Meizu’s 6th installment into their Note series, the M6 Note is about to make its debut anytime soon. With a number of fans eager to find out what Meizu has in store for them, there’s high hopes from Meizu fans that need to be satisfied with the Note 6.
Recently a banner was caught in the wild showing off what the Meizu Note 6 packs. According to the banner, the Note 6 will come in three variants that we would be listing below along with the prices they would be launched at that start at ¥1599 Chinese Yuan.
- Mediatek Helio P25 + 3GB RAM + 32GB internal storage = ¥1599
- Snapdragon 625 + 3GB RAM + 32GB internal storage = ¥1799
- Snapdragon 625 + 4GB RAM + 64Gb internal storage = ¥2299
What’s interesting to see is that Meizu is going to release the M6 Note with three variant that pack Qualcomm’s and Mediatek’s chips. And while these specifications are to be sold in China, once Meizu pushes this to the international market, there would be quite a discussion about which variant in better.
This isn’t the first time Meizu has done this. Xiaomi has done the same in the past as well with their Redmi Note 3 series of smartphones. However, both of the phones from Xiaomi were launched at different times.
And for the price Meizu is offering for their M6 Note at, it seems like Xiaomi would be a better choice once you reach the upper variants of the M6 Note. Of course there would be a number of users who may still want the M6 Note for some reason, but there’s no denying that Meizu is clearly aware of their pricing strategy and how they would compete with Xiaomi is such a price bracket.
Now what’s left to be seen in how much authenticity holds even though it seems to be accurate. Let’s just wait and see what the phone has to offer.
