The Galaxy Note 8 Is Codenamed As ‘Samsung Gr3at’, 3 Major Changes To Be Expected?

Samsung has embarked on the modern design bandwagon. Since the launch of the Galaxy S6, the company has refined its product lineup with immense attention to detail, sandwiching the smartphone in curved glass as we’re familiar with the new Galaxy S8. The Galaxy Note 7 was one of the best smartphones of 2016, but unfortunately it did not end up as expected. Almost a year later, we’re expecting the company to release the Galaxy Note 8, but it will be a lot different than its disabled predecessor. The upcoming smartphone was previously codenamed as ‘Great’. While the name was pretty mysterious to begin with, there seems to be a slight change according to Evleaks.

Galaxy Note 8 Codename Changed To ‘Samsung Gr3at’?

Evleaks is one of the most senior names when we speak of smartphone leaks, spilling details which have not been officially announced. The codename of the Galaxy Note 8 has now been altered to ‘Gr3at’. Pointing out at the elephant in the room, the number 3 in the word could potentially hint at what we can expect from the smartphone. While the codename can not be deemed to be the final result or match our predictions, but could it be possible that the South Korean giant is expected to introduce three major changes in the upcoming Galaxy Note 8?

For one, the Galaxy Note 8 could possibly feature the dual lens camera setup just like the iPhone 7 Plus. Secondly, the Infinity Display of the Galaxy S8 could be part of the smartphone, more importantly, the company could also advance the existing technology. Lastly, we presume that the smartphone will feature a fingerprint sensor embedded beneath the display. The details are not final and are just mere speculations, so do take it with a pinch of salt.

→  Cross Play between Xbox and Ps4 has finally happened- with Rocket League.

There are quite a handful of details leaked on the Galaxy Note 8 at the moment. Ranging from battery life capacity to a larger 6.3-inch display. Nonetheless, no final details can be pointed out at this point in time. Samsung is also expected to launch the Galaxy Note 8 in August, so let’s wait for that.

Until then, share your predictions down in the comments.
