The Xbox Play Anywhere program is now coming close to reality. Microsoft, at E3 2016, revealed that Gears of War 4, Forza Horizon 3, Halo Wars 2 and ReCore are going to be a part of the Xbox Play Anywhere program. All of these games are Xbox and Windows 10 exclusives.
Thanks to Xbox Play Anywhere, you can buy these games on one platform and enjoy it on other too. For example, if you buy Gears of War 4 on Xbox One, you can log in to your Xbox account on your Windows 10 PC too and the game will appear there too. Moreover, the save games will be synced between the two platforms too! You can leave a game at some point on one platform and continue from the same spot on the other platform. Xbox Play Anywhere is good news for PC folks too. As Xbox exclusives like Forza Horizon, Gears of War and Halo are coming to the PC Master Race too.
Forza Horizon 3, ReCore, Gears of War 4 and Halo Wars 2 Now Available for Pre-Order
Forza Horizon 3 is the upcoming successor of the Forza Horizon 2. Forza Horizon 3 is an open-world racing game set in the Australian region. Forza Horizon 3 is going to have the biggest map in all the Forza games made to date. The game will also have a 4-player co-op mode and it’ll have a large number of vehicles which consist of off-road vehicles, classics, exotic cars and much more. You can pre-order Forza Horizon 3 for $59.99 from Microsoft Store. Forza Horizon 3 will launch on 27th September 2016.
ReCore is an upcoming action-adventure shooter game that is being developed by Comcept. In ReCore, the protagonist is Joule. In the first trailer of ReCore that was shown at E3 2015, Joule was seen in a big desert alongside a robotic dog. Joule’s robotic companion is named Mack. ReCore has an interesting universe with an immersive gameplay. You can pre-order ReCore for $39.99 from Microsoft Store. ReCore will initially launch on September 13, 2016.
Gears of War 4Â is the upcoming fourth major installment in the Gears of War series. The game is currently under development by The Coalition and it’ll be published by Microsoft Studios. Gears of War 4 will feature immersive action and visuals that are never seen before in a Gears of War game. Gears of War 4 is now available for pre-order for $59.99 from Microsoft Store. The game will launch on October 11, 2016.
Halo Wars 2Â is the upcoming successor of Halo Wars. Just like its predecessor, the game is going to have a real-time strategy gameplay from a bird’s eye view. Halo Wars 2 is available for pre-order for $59.99 from Microsoft Store. The game will officially launch on February 21, 2017.
